So, so, sorry to hear this. It's something no one should ever have to go through. Our thoughts are with you.

Loads of free Flash games
Hope this isn't a repost but...in case you find yourself bored and in front of the computer, have a look at this site: http://www.smashingames.com/ It's jam packed full of addictive little flash games (make sure you've got your pop-up blocker etc on though!)

Mids meet 12th
Come on folks, surely there must be a few more up for this? The Boat is a great little meet, a nice run out to a crackin' pub (good food!), with a large car park for the Zeds and the weather should be great!

Mids meet 12th
Good question mate! :D Last time it was 12 noon, though a few turned up a bit earlier. Is that still the plan Rich?

FAO: V8 guys
At the moment it's doing a superb job of being a glorified paperweight! :D ;) But seriously, I'm concentrating on getting the bodywork finished whilst putting money into the engine kitty and hoping I don't have any nasty suprises when it's eventually stripped. Going up to Alunox in Wrexham with John in a couple of weeks to sort out the dry sump which should be interesting. Leigh.

Maccas new Barbie car
I know for a FACT my girlfriend would kill for that car! Ever since she saw a pink AC Cobra replica she keeps threatening to get mine done the same when I'm away! Lol! :D

Favourite members zed?
Shucks...you'll get me blushing! Lol! ;) Been getting well fecked off with the project recently as it's been going soooooo slowly and has scuppered my chances of at least having the bodywork finished for JAE but had a bit of a breakthrough today so things are looking better for the old girl. Should be interesting when she's finished ;) :D Leigh.

Bad Wolf - conspiracy theories
Each to their own mate. So, with the greatest respect, you can take your comment and shove it up your @rse. I'm enjoying this series myself!

Bad Wolf - conspiracy theories
Just been readin some fan site and have come up with some very interesting info. It appears that the reason Christopher Eccleston was not contracted to a second series is because he knew he would no longer be required after the first and that another actor, David Tennant, had already been signed on to replace him! The general concensus is that "Bad Wolf" is either the Tardis itself or The Doctor...

Bad Wolf - conspiracy theories
Grown to like Eccleston now...I think he's making a great Doctor. It's going to be a shame when he has to regenerate! :( ;) Oh...and loving the whole Bad Wolf thing...;)

More photoshopped Zeds
After seeing the photoshopped Zed posted in the other thread (apparently created by this guy: http://www.rick-design.nl/), I've found a few more. If the black one lost a few stickers it could look very, very nice IMO! ;)

shame on midland members
Er...probably should stay out of this and I might be wrong (tends to happen to me a lot! :D) but I have a feeling the meet at Solihull was set up many months ago on a rotational basis with three (or four) other meet venues. Which kind of changes the whole "who's stabbing who" scenario maybe? Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong somebody! :D

They're based on the Veilside alloys and made by ACE. Boss also make a similar wheel called the XTT. HTH Leigh

BodyWork Plus ?
PM sent :)

Are these original or fake Veilside C1 skirts ebay?
Most (if not all) Veilside kits are made from hand laid fibreglass. I'm having one non-z32 specific kit customised to fit the Zed myself and, although it isn't PU, the quality is superb. As to whether it's genuine, without seeing it up close I have no idea. I believe Veilside parts sometimes have a flanged lip (added after the main body of the item has been made) which sits against the bodywork though.

Happy B'day MickeyB
Happy Birthday fella, hope you're having a crackin' day! :D Leigh

BodyWork Plus ?
Hi Andy. I've been liasing with Mac regarding getting Bodyworkwork Plus (run by Steve Robson) to come on the forum as a new trader, so he should be able to verify the situation. I'd also be happy to answer any questions you have as I'm acting on Steve's behalf in setting up his Trader's membership. :) Cheers, Leigh

What do you want from the site
How about something simple but effective (IMO!): a nice new front page to make this look like more of a club than just another BB forum? First impressions are important and a well designed page would present a more cohesive and dare I say professional image to would be subscribers. Our logo in a prominent position (which looks very professional in itself), combined with some well selected PSP'd Zed images and a well designed and set-out list of links to the Public Forum, Private Forum, Rides Section, Journal etc. should do it. Sounds deadening...anything really work?
Blimey that's weird. I was going to start a thread tonight asking if anyone knew of any cheap sources for Dynamat/Dynamat Extreme etc as I'm about to do this myself! Something that hasn't been mentioned so far is expanding foam. I'm currently experimenting with it as a material for sculpting my dash in but it's a very useful sound deadening tool. It weighs a helluva lot less than matting and enables you to get into those hard to reach places in the car (just don't get it on your hands, use too much or put it in the doors if you want your electric windows to work again...;)) I'll be posting pics in my Journal when I've done it (and when I can get hold of some for a decent price...the matting costs a fortune!) :) Leigh.

NO!!! my viper wing are on but there is a problem.
Absolutely agree. And TBH it's not a difficult thing to put right IMO (bodywork being an interest of mine)...it's basic stuff! A light guide coat would've shown up any imperfections (something you should ALWAYS do to get a good finish). I don't understand why, if there were imperfections still there, they even contemplated spraying it! What would be the point!? Sorry to hear you're having this hassle mate. Unfortunately it's another example of bodyshops not coming up to par, something that seems rife these days  Leigh
