  4. I like the rear best tbh prolly cos I think the front of the zed from certain angles looks long and pointy
  5. Had this car about a year now and at last got round to putting my ride section together a little to keep track of things(that's where all my freekin money's gone) http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/vbpicgallery.php?do=view&g=812
  6. oh and he was lucky enough to pick mine up off the shelf in newport
  7. actually nissan is about the cheapest. guy in the body shop broke mine and replaced it with a non breaklight black strip (which I think looks better on my car) and he said he was £60 out of pocket which is about right I think IIRC the brake light one is £150
  8. they are a bit blingy for me too lol like the deep lip but not fussed on the pattern. Price was ok in the end with good tyres so will do for the time being might end up getting the spokes body coloured maybe and the lips polished :D
  9. the perspex tail mid panel is no more a brake panel, he must have taken bulb out too cheers all
  10. Thanks to marcus  gave them a quick clean up they could do with a *****cking with a buffing wheel when I get chance but look ok for now. they drive a hell of a lot smoother than my old ones too think my stock ones must have needed balancing
  11. this light is coming on today when I press brake pedal. Didn't notice it the other day when I picked it up from the body shop but I pressume its from the perspex tail light panel having a brake light in before(red fairladyZ panel) and now it doesn't cos it broke at the body shop. Can anyone confirm this is what it is and I haven't knocked a brake sensor changing my wheels . If it is a brake light out bulb how can I get round it now I no longer have one other than putting a bulb in and tucking the bulb and cable away somewhere.
  12. you goit rid of a delorean I love those but needs must i suppose . welcome dude
  13. hiya dude after a long and patient wait on your part I have a little good news but I have posted here as I can't send you pics otherwise. The amp is out after a few minor cuts and stab wounds:headvswal but as you see from the second pics as my car had aftermarket rears in someone has beaten me to the amp plug you were after  and cut it off and taped it up so let me know if you still want the amp fella
  14. it'll be behind the door card so will look stock dude wouldn't dream of altering the stock grilles
  15. tesco feckin pizza cos I can't be arsed cookin :(
  16. I bought a can of raid wasp nest killer when we had 2 nests. it fires a jet of stuff up to 30ft and kills the f##k out of them all you have to really soak the nest so any travellers come back and get poisoned too. the above method sounds a lot cheaper though and good fun as you could set fire to the hairspray and tourch them :)
  17. indeed.... we awoke to a buzzin stripey tw@t this morning it got in the bedroom also had loads in work the past few weeks
  18. lol we have some good hills round here and yup the kids do go down them in their karts ocassionally, trouble is there is a crossroads at the bottom with a big main road. I had one little sh!t overtake me on a bmx the other day whilst I was in the escort slowing down for a speed hump
  19. yup can't wait :) got joleyp's camber correction kit too so I can lower my coilovers and stiffen her up
  20. if they do happen to hit window on the depth you can get away with mdf spacer baffles rings cut to size and shape to pull them forward not sure exactly how deep will fit behind the door card. I have to make a set over the weekend for my new focals so will post up how thick the baffles are
  21. very shiney lol not see it that clean before and well pleased
  22. :hyper::hyper::hyper::hyper: body shop did a nice job too. They fitted the boomerang spoiler back on, painted the tailgate and front matt black mostache body colour, fitted the 99 replicas and mopped the car over. They also put a new rear perspex strip on as they other one broke putting it back on very nice fellows:) very pleased now just need some squeels :):) will get some better piccy pics up when I get 5 mins
  23. may be something to do with the fueling errors bov's create that recircs don't. Bov's throw the already MAF measured air out so upsets the fuel ratio slightly after dumping the air or summit. i have apexis on mine and is ok(but mines an auto so doesn't dump very often) so may be able to adjust to help minimise it
  24. yeah its the alacante (recaro i'm led to believe) no leather but alacante everywhere will get some pics up hopefully when I get her back later :)
  25. fingers crossed for ya
