breath test was neg and cops said the car was insured they did a radio check thing.

also my mrs had to tell the cops to breath test him! they weren't gonna bother... ffs

in all honesty in both cases the cops were pr#cks!!!! damage wasn't too bad cosmetically but witness said he hit it hard, he reckons his mat got stuck under his pedal and couldn't get the brake :rolleyes: witness said he was going too fast. Car is all plastic and has sprung back out I'm worried about unseen damage as the alarm is playing up now .

second time in 4 years both times car was parked up. This time 2 witnesses plus cops were already there. My wife didn't notice it came out of asda and cops were watching my wife get in her car ready to drive off (w@nkers) it was only that a witness came over and told her. The knobhead wan's to pay for it all not through insurance. I don't agree with this due to possible problems later on or complications and f#ck him anyway he was in the wrong and I have no sympathy for him. My wife said he'd had a drivk she could smell it but the breath test was neg. :mad: should it be done without the insurance involved? I think they should be even with the possible cat. damage being logged
