Indicators on one side only??
There is only one flasher relay, your problem is likely to be an earth/ground issue, but firstly check the bulbs on the side that is out, then each short harness to each bulb. As long as the hazard switch is clicking in and out as it should then the switch should be ok, just make sure it sits in the plug all the way. The light in the switch should light, bulb likely gone. They are easy to replace, just lift of the hazard top, with the symbol on it. Lastly the indicator stalk has been known to cause issue, a little switch cleaner may help. Ultimately use a multimeter to detect a load at each bulb

Strange engine problem
Place a wanted ad here on the forum, there are likely a few spares knocking around or someone breaking a zed, second hand you are still looking at around £80-£100 as they are getting rarer/ See how your Amazon one works out, i only mentioned the Chinese copies as advertised on ebay as being poor, you may be lucky.

Engine bay connectors and JDM headlamp bulbs?
O2 sensors would only be disconnected if they were diagnosed as faulty, its better to run the car without, with the ecu utilising a means setting, ie a middle ground rather than duff readings from dead ones. I used my NA for years without as a daily and cant say i noticed much difference, after all if you want good miles per gallon for a daily driver, then dont use a zed lol Monitoring oxygen levels in the exhaust is a way of gauging the fuel mixture. It tells the computer if the fuel mixture is burning rich (less oxygen) or lean (more oxygen)

Engine bay connectors and JDM headlamp bulbs?
The white sheathed cable you see along the same frame are the variable valve timing feeds, again one at the rear and one on the drivers side you see in the pic, if you are going to plug new O2's in at some point, dont get them mixed up lol

Engine bay connectors and JDM headlamp bulbs?
There is one for each bank, i never noticed it too much in mine, i ran it for years with them disconnected, but i also deleted the egr and canister behind the front bumper. O2 iirc are around £70 each. The H1 adaptor https://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?180302-Main-Beam-White-LED-H1-Bulb-Fitment&highlight=main+beam

What is this and can it be removed?
Looks like someone cut the rear to mid section exhaust hangers

Engine bay connectors and JDM headlamp bulbs?
Bulbs are H1 for main beam, they actually sit in the adaptor in the back of the light, main beam is H3C and the O2 sensors are disconnected, which means the ecu will run a means setting, quite common if the O2 sensors are duff :thumbup1:
