Why would you need the exhaust off to get to the starter? :whistling:

It doesnt matter what gear you put the gearbox in the engine will spin regardless, either use an air ratchet, or lock up the flywheel by taking the starter motor out and use a large flat blade screwdriver to lock the teeth of the flywheel. Some pulleys will just pull off with little resistance, but if you need to use a puller, place the nut on the end of the thread a couple of turns, covering the end of the threads so not to damage them with the centre of the pulley puller.:thumbup1:

front indicators not working. But rest are..
I said i wasnt sure if the indicators rum down the passenger side, but when i had issues with the horn and headlamp staying, corrosion on two pins in the plugs in the passenger footwell were to blame.

There are somewhere lol, remove the kick panel they are just mounted on the bottom of the A pillar before it reaches the side of the glovebox, you cant miss them :thumbup1:

Also check for corrosion on the pins of the plugs in the passenger footwell, im not sure if the indicators are definitely routed that way, but many are including the horn and the headlights, so worth a look.

Awesome UK Z
No lol, i was giving an example of a minted restored zed and the possible price it should get or go for
-
Awesome UK Z
It is stunning, but is no longer an authentic low mileage UK zed, with a 99 spec front and those ebay tail lights. Makes me wonder why a mint restored zed and rebuilt brand new engine like Dougals or madmax in the past couldnt command that sort of price, lets hope they can or are we valuing our own cars too low because we have been around them for so long :innocent:
