  1. I like those savory eggs. What about the Ginsters Buffet Bar?
  2. Another one. For the ladies.
  3. StellaZ, she is way too fit for you! Me
  4. A couple of times. It's a stunning country but as people have said, be wary of crime. If you're flying all that way I'd want to stay for a week or ideally two. There's good game parks (the Kruger) and the 'garden route' up to George is fantastic. JoBerg's fun but you'd really have to watch yourself.
  5. H3 - bulb shape for dipped beam. 6000k - slightly blue. OE HID lights are more like 4300-5000K IIRC. 35 watts is standard IIRC... you can get more powerful ones but not really necessary. I have H3, 6000k, 35 watt (I think!) The inside of your headlight glass probably need cleaning!
  6. And clean up the discs too! Thanks again.
  7. Thanks for the advice gents. I'll take the pads out, give them a clean up and maybe get some silicone grease on the pins at the same time.
  8. Here's some photos of the mag. Dunno if it'll be clear enough to read? It's quite a straight write up as that's what the mag wanted at the time. Although there's some talk of prostitutes and thieving gypsy children etc
  9. Hey Si! I pop in now and then in case you're having a funny turn and want to sell your car, then I can snap it up! Thanks for the advice on the brakes. I think they're ok. They're the original discs and the car's done' 72,000 miles in ten years but I only use them if I'm driving hard. They don't seem as sharp as they used to though. Maybe it's contamination on the pads and I should whip them out and clean them or something?
  10. I've had differend opinions from "they're fine" to "front and rear must be replaced very soon". Any ideas? There's a tiny lip on the front discs and an even smaller one on the back discs (barely there tbh). Front: Rear:
  11. Top Gear isn't as fresh as when it was re-born a few years ago but it's still kind of ok. I rode to Romania on a motorbike in 2007 and did that road. I wrote it up in BIKE magazine.
  12. I get 30mpg on a motorway run (if I don't go mad), 24mpg in mixed use and 19mpg if just driving in town. Approx figures. NA LWB auto in good fettle.
  13. Boo-yah, in your face, Duncan from Blue! :D :duffer:
  14. Family man now. There goes all my time and money. I made a few posts back in the day. :nana2:
  15. They're a bit special, the Js, and good luck to them.
  16. I saw it at shows a few years ago (2004/5 maybe?). It was more understated then IIRC and it looked superb. It's not to my taste now but still an impressive car and very nicely put together.
  17. A mate has a 1986 Nissan Laurel (6 cylinder injection) with a lumpy tickover and it occasionally stalls. Anyone know any place he could get it looked at? Cheers! :)
  18. Cool, cheers! It felt like it was (on my na) but I guess you never know!
  19. Amazing ten leather interior. Is that standard?
  20. Clucking bell. you haven't had a lot of luck with that car. hope you get it sorted.
