Jtuner Magazine thrash invite
Possibly. If you want someone who can be there for sure then rule me out as I can't be certain right now. My car isn't a twin turbo but it is a genuine 1999 spec which is unusual for what that's worth.

on the road again...
Good luck with it. Don't know what CPC is but my mum always said "read the questions thoroughly" - and it was good advice! I'm sure you'll do well.

Fao...mac1
A flat side Gixxer! Looks smart. What engine size and mods has it got?

Very nice! (contains lady flesh)
A bit embarassed I'd think. But I bet secretly she was quite pleased - she did look a healthy and confident young lady! :smash: :xxx:

Knife culture in the UK
  Shame you din't have one of those big 'gafs' for hoiking out massive predatory fish. I agree it's hooligans and not a race thing.

Do you own slippers?
Mine are a kind of faux-sheepskin moccassin-ette. Very new media. ;) Only £6 from that shop next to Eissengigerpufferjackets in the precinct.

My N/A Zed vs Audi S4
Cool - you gotta get it down Santa Pod too then!

Do you own slippers?
I just got another pair - I haven't had some for ages. I forgot how great they are. I might walk to the local shop wearing them and engage the shop assistant in a long conversation when there's a big queue waiting behind me. Anyway... any other slipper fans out there?

Rambling maybe but a good point, well made.

My N/A Zed vs Audi S4
I thought the latest S4 had a twin turbo V8 and well over 300bhp.

There'll be the pool to fill too if it's like last year.

Knife culture in the UK
Often 'The Media' are blamed for things unfairly. If knife carrying has becore popular, the phrase 'knife carrying culture' is not unreasonable IMO. 'Shoe wearing culture' would be acceptable and accurate but it's not news so doesn't get mentioned. I thought 'institutional racism' refered to racism which existed within institutions (such as the police / army - for illustrative purposes only).

Knife culture in the UK
There was a debate about it on radio 2 last week. Some posh sounding white bloke said he carried a knife for self defence. It is a bit worrying. The problem is youngsters / people who watch too many of the wrong sort of rap music videos IMHO (I bet I sound like my dad LOL). Stupid kids in gangs of 20.

Deep Dish Alloys
Won't it cause accelerated wear to suspension parts or something? I thought it was always best to keep the offset as standard.

my office politics....
They can be quite tart and hard when unripe. But yeilding and juicy when ready for eating. :Duffer:

Engine progress for those who are interested.
Mate, I'm sorry to hear you're feeling down about the car. Don't worry - it'll be great when it's done. It's one of my favourite looking Zeds on the site. As for shells, I can't offer any advice there as I'm no expert. Are they things you pick up on the beach? If you trust your mnechanic and he says their ok, they probably are.

Deep Dish Alloys
They look nice but with an offset of 20 they won't be right for a 300ZX or will need spacers or something.
-
im on hol
Nice one mate - should be excellent when it's done. Will you be bringing it to JAE?

Happy Birthday to Legrath

Total price for JAE
We could do with some sort of ID card saying we're members of 300zx.co.uk Last year I had to argue with some bloke on a gate for about half an hour before he'd let me in. He said we should have had club cards.
