Four wheels plus a passenger in a LWB
One in the boot lying flat, one more in the boot leaning on the rear seat bench tilted forward, two on the back seat, the wife in the front passenger seat and Mrs Ghandi in the ashtray. lol :x: Can you say that these days? We'll see how they fit in later!

****ing shares
I'm no wheeler-dealer but my old company (EMAP) used to sell shares to employees at a discount. I was there five years so I have quite a few. They dropped 13% today. That'll teach me I guess - but I've lost a fair few bob today.  Alvin Hall always used to say only keep 25% of your money in high-risk investments and I'll be sticking to that from now (well, once they've climbed back and I've made some losses back :x: )

Four wheels plus a passenger in a LWB
Cool - sounds like it's a goer. It's cos I'm selling my house and still have my original wheels sitting in the garage - I want to drop them over to my parent's house just to get them out of the way. When I come for yours Dave, all being well, I won't bring the Mrs so there should be plenty of space. ;)

Latest Model SWB / Slicktops ... 99 J-spec, NA conversion?
I'd sell my 99 car for the right price.

Latest Model SWB / Slicktops ... 99 J-spec, NA conversion?
Last 300s sold in 2000 I think. 99 spec have different front bumper, differnt rear lights, interior, stiffer chassis, factory tint windows, red Z badge, HID lights (option on NA) and a few other little bits. You can't import one without doing an ESVA test - which costs thousands - and you have to pay again to re-test if it fails.. I don't know if many / any 99 cars were SWB. The Version-R was LWB only I think. Dropping a TT lump in is £5K-odd job.

Graduate today!
Congratulations mate. A 'Desmond' (2:2) is the drinking man's degree. Wouldn't want to have wasted all that time burried in books.

Happy Birthday Karl300zx!
Happy birthday mate. Driving instructor in Cypus? Is that code for something? ;)

Muscular Man
LOL - nice one. I thought the muscular man was going to order three pints at 1.96 each plus a bacardi for 3.20 then he changes his money into Euros and buys 20 fags and how much has he got left if he had half as much as his mate did yesterday. lol

Absolutly Gutted!
Traitor - get out! Get out and never come back. lol - only joking mate. Don't be a stranger. Plus that RX7 looks fookin gorgeous so I can understand you getting it. It's always sad to see a car you've loved go (unless like me the sills are always full of rust and filler).

HIT and RUN
Ouch mate - sorry to hear that. Maybe someone will have seen the accident and taken his number. Even if not, at least you're not in too bad shape I hope.

My Alloys, before and after....
Very nice - I've seen that pic of the 99 spec with standard shiney wheels and it looks gorgeous.

Whats your favourite music?
New Orleans Swamp Goth? I can't match that. I fold. I only really listen to Jonny Cash these days.
-
Whats your favourite music?
I was looking for the Ghabba Techno and Progressive French Industrial Rap but couldn't see either. Or Bhangra Reggae.

Whats your favourite music?
I'm a big fan of country right now. I'm not sure it's ideal for a car vid though.

sharm el sheikh advice
Get a Lonely Planet book before you go and hire a little car for a few days and have a look round?

maybe geting a old 5 series soon
Indian, I'd consider this 325d. It's a nice car and probably well looked after.

NZR: Ghostrider
I'm not saying he's not good but there's plenty better than him - and plenty do it on public roads too. Look at the Starboyz - did it on the roads with no helmets or protective clothing. That Patrick Stevens is way better IMHO. I'm not saying Ghostrider's bad, he's just invented a cheesy "mystery persona" in order to sell DVDs.

After A Long Time?
You could put a little oil in the bores and turn it over gently by hand or something. I'd just turn the key and hope if it was me though.

How about a 730 diesel? Big and pimping plus good (ish) MPG. £1600 would probably only get you a shitter though.

NZR: Ghostrider
LOL Ghostrider = Patrick Furstenhoff, a minor league Swedish stunt rider. There's plenty of MUCH better stunters / riders out there than him.
