  2. Thank you guys. Great day had with all the family, ever expanding as it is 🤪
  3. All round success on all aspects of the trip then Richard. Good news and good travels.
  4. Couple of suggestions just based on my own experience, not much of a mechanic 😉 Mine sounded like a misfire or rather an intermitttent stumble on idle or low revs. Turned out to be a broken/leaking injector or collar. Early ones are permanent live, so a crack could cause a short. Have you tested/reconnected the o2 sensors in the exhaust? Although that may show up in ecu? also, 10 years stored, worth swapping the cam belt to avoid age related failure
  5. Oh no Richhard, what a shame. Glad it only looks minor, but save any assessment until the bumper comes off. Hope you manage to get it all resolved back to how it was and no insurance shenanigans. So many people just never accept their own mistakes, always try to shift blame.
  6. Hi and welcome. Well done for reviving the car and beinging back to life. Post up some of your queries and i am sure a few of the forum gurus will soon offer some great advice.
  7. best wishes Lee

Didn't notice until later, as it was mostly roof and sun visor that was affected, but it took a bit of soaking. No worries though. Do we know whether we will be parking out front, or out back, this year?
  9. haha, yes. And just imagine, having all that money, all that infrastructure, all that "talent", and still not able to design a resilient service... and we trust our data to these "professionals" 😄

I should be there, non zed again though hopefully whoever chucked a drink or similar over my windscreen last time which left a sticky mess has grown up a bit or wont be there. prefer to assume it was some random ford fan rather than someone from our group though

  13. You may not shout about it, but you reds just go around telling everyone whether they are interested or not, and noone cares, because we all know you are just deluded 🤣
  14. My first zed was a uk white, and if i was in the market again at the moment i would be down there checking it out already.
  15. @RichardS check with laptop connected to network port instead of wifi, to check if the problem is the wifi board or internal issue, with spyware or software issue. if ok, then try laptop on another wifi to see if that is same or works ok. if same, then laptop may need to delete and reinstall wifi driver, or might be broken and need to use a usb wifi instead and turn onboard one off.
  16. Best wishes Gary. You are always on point with everyone else's birthday wishes here, so it's a pleasure to be the one to post yours.
  17. best wishes Tony
  18. It’s always nice to see that particular XJ220, as it was the prototype with the V12 engine that attracted all the buyer deposits when it was announced. Then some people asked for their deposit back when it was changed to a V6TT prior to launch. It is still such a special car, but i wonder if it would have a different spot in the motoring Hall of Fame is it had kept the original engine?
  19. brilliant, thanks. I created a 10 day route across Spain, Pyrennees, Andorra and up through France a couple of years ago and took me ages to plan and book hotels near to food, fuel, reasonable mileage each day, and backup plans. i need to go further down into Italy this time, so the Swiss passes section you have will let me move straight onto that section now.
  20. Thank you very much for posting those. That is awesome. I am trying to work out a bike trip for next year, taking in the passes, and you have just made my planning so much easier. Could you post any details of hotels that you would recommend, and have fairly secure parking? Although i will be drilling down to the towns mentioned to check them out as well. Thanks again.
  21. how was the show guys? the weather held out where i was, did it do the same for you?
  22. I won't be at this one unfortunately, due to the Ultima meet clash at Gasoline Juice
  23. It's always surprising how quickly the automated attack tools pick up on these types of openings. Always found the same, whenever i enabled a new IP on a firewall, it was being probed and attacked within a few seconds.
