I had exactly the same problem when I had the green Zed and it turned out to be the MAF. If you change the temp sensor and the problem still exists MAF is the suspect. By the way what was the weather like that morning when it happened. ?

Just shows how strong the zed is around the passenger cell I remember a post about 8 -9 years ago where a Zed had been on a main road at some speed and hit a car pulling out fron a side road. He has grazed knees and was shaken up but no serious injuries
