Hi Garry It's me Chrissyp, We bumped in to you in Enfield just before Christmas, Me and me girl that is. Think she must have frightened the life out of you. We were in the Transit going on to the A10. Back to your problem, 1, do you think that you could have been running a good quality synthetic oil, that would have run cooler. 2, your oil cooler may have sludged up, try flushing it out. 3, did you replace the oil filter with the oil. 4, one of the oil lines may have got crimped or twisted when refitting the filter.. If you still have the problem, give me a shout and I'll take a look.I'm only 10mins up the road.. Chris..

Your right Steve, the electronic converter only changes the clock. the trip and distance still read in K's. I have heard that this can be changed but I dont know how. If anyone knows how this can be done, I would like to have a go! Chris..

I have found an Australian Company who can do a right hand drive pair of headers for the N/A Z32 It appears that only N/A's were sold in Australia. Any TT's are inport only. So it is a good source for performance parts for the N/A's The headers come in coated or uncoated, the costs are... £480 coated and £450 uncoated this includes P&P For a group buy we need to get 5 or more orders, this would reduce the cost by almost £50 each. Dont know yet what the duty would be... Any one interested? ChrissyP..

Yes it's true, I have managed to find someone who makes a real right hand drive header set for the N/A. All the way down in Australia. I am waiting for a price that includes shipping. Paul mate, It's all ways better to rewire the speakers if you intend to up rate the out-put. The standard wireing is quite small so go for something larger. belive me if you dont you'l wish you did.. Chris

Dont do it!!! 6x9's aint what they are made out to be. Go for a component set, 6" should be a good swop. Theres an ideal place for the tweeter on the top of the door panel by the mirror. this way you retain the speaker grill and it makes a much better sound stage. What's the best transmission fluid for the N/A auto box. I guess it's personal opinion (May be i should start a poll) but I would like to hear what you all think....

The sick auto box is due to come out next week. Can anyone think of anything I should be looking to do while the box is out? Any thoughts anyone....

Jock mentioned that AndyZ has just broken an NA. Not sure if it was auto or manual tho.. Thanks Steve, but its a manual. I thought about converting to manual but decided it was two much work so I'm sticking with the auto. Just wont to see if there are any second hand ones about before I have to spend a small fortune on a rebuild.

Can any one tell me what if any changes I would have to make to my N/A so that I could fit an auto box from a TT? Also as you may have guessed the auto box on my N/A has gon an busted, big time. Just fitted new induction kit. Motor's running stronger than ever,then Oop's no reverse. So you can all have a laugh on me now. No fault of the motor, It's the damn auto box or the converter, dont know yet.. May be it's time to go manual! anyone done this conversion? Will the manual go up to the auto flywheel? and does every thing else fit?

OK it looks like its time for you all to have a laugh.. Went to use reverse and all I got was a metalic klonk and nothing. Any one know if the box is dead or can it be fixed

I filled up on Ultimate the day before the RR and I'v used nothing else since 254BHP from an N/A.....Yeah! I think it works. No really I have noticed the difference, Stronger, Smoother and More responsive. Did'nt really notice much from the Optimax when I teied it a while back. All I can say is it's worth a tank full just to try it. But does it work for the TT, I dont know!!!
