  1. Hi Mark Your drawing is complete, actuall size is 10" Sadley my scanner is not the best of quality so detail is not as clear. I've added your number plate since the scan;). See PM for payment details Cheers Andy
  2. Have a good one. Andy
  3. Sadley not. I did a load of inversigation a few years ago. even if you get a 99 spec to the UK you will find you cannot register it as it needs a ESVA, in order to do this you would need a model report. As there is no model report for the 300zx it therefore follows that it will not pass ESVA. Have to wait for them to be ten years old which is a real sh1t. This was only brought in a few years ago which is why you see some late zx's in the country. They were imported before the ESVA came about. I have never seen a 99 spec Type R TT for sale in the uk though, always looking  Andy
  4. You could always get a second set of skinnier wheels with snow tyres on. Thats what some people do out here in Canada. Would work out less than buying, insuring and taxing another vehicle. Only and idea. Ive driven across snow at 80MPH with snow tyres and they feel safe as fook! Andy
  5. So do you think you will still be driving your Z when its approaching being 20 years old? Must admit, the Z32 was the car I always wanted and still today there is nothing I can see I want to replace it with in reasonable cost. My Z was my daily driver for the last 6 years but now more of a weekend car. Should be kept in better condition that way. I think i'll still have mine unless I ever come across 99/00 spec type R for sale in the UK. How much will petrol be a litre in 5 years????????? Andy
  6. Who mentioned snow! Thats swearing out here in Canada. Its going to be on the ground for 5 bloody months! Some mornings cars will be completely burried, even houses can become burried. Luckily my Z will be tucked up in a heated garage all winter. I wouldnt entertain driving them in the snow, there bad enough in the rain! Andy
  7. I only had a couple bushes that looked perished but decided to just do the lot. Fitted the nismo type but didn't have a noise there before i'm afraid. I fitted kYB shocks all round and i'm more than happy with them. Still running standard springs, thats my next job along with a hicas eliminator. Not loud but defo noticeable when pulling away in first and second. Once you start to pick up speed you cant hear it. My advice would be only to fit polly subframe bushes if you want big power to elliminate subframe movement. Otherwise just fit new nissan jobbies. I'm a bit anal when it comes to noises. As soon as I get a rattle I have to find the source strait away. I was a bit gutted when first drove the car and heard the diff, but its a good trade off for a solid back end and you soon get used to it. Andy
  8. Are you going to change it again to Civy when you leave the RM? lol Andy
  9. Not a problem, just mail me the picture;) Andy
  10. No reason why not, havent drawn one for a long time but all the same concept. I just used to struggle with drawing people back in Art class. Yet some people can draw humans and hopless at cars. Strange Andy
  11. Cheers What body kit you fitting? I can always draw it on there;). Just need to see the kit on another car. Some bigger wheels perhaps? Andy

Two Zeds in one family, now theres a scary thought. Just one costs me enough money. Andy
  13. Hi Kay, If you could mail me a picture cheers. Should be able to get it done this week. Andy
  14. My mate had a sequensial stait cut in his Skyline. Noisey aint the word. Also very difficult to engage the backwards gear. Sounded like it as going to break. Not ideal for a road car. On the plus side, fooking great for racing ;) Andy
  15. Just drop the engine out, makes cleening so much easier ;) Good excuse for fitting so big turbos!! Andy
  16. I replaced all of the bushing on my my car earlier this year with the Energy suspension master kit and an asorsment of Nismo Jobbies. The whole car felt so much tighter I'm running moderate power and the back end just squats down and goes now. No wheel hoping at all. Absolute pain to fit them all but well worth it if your serious about driving your Z. Only downside is that you get some transmission and diff noises in the cabin due to the solid subframe bushing. I replacesd all my shocks not long after and that made an impressive difference aswell. Worth checking all the links and hicas arms are in good order. ;) Andy
  17. I'll have a go but I think drawing people to high detail is above my tallent. Poor girl will probably come out looking like Marge Simpson Andy
  18. Cheers Will be doing that, wanted to show the whole picture for these samples though. Andy
  19. Forgot to mention. Payment will have to be Via Paypall once the drawing is complete. You will need to add on the small % charge aswell please! The ones I have done have taken 2-3 hours, They are indeed cheap but as I've never sold any Drawings and this is more of a trial It would be cheeky to ask normal portrait commisioned rates. I wil be putting prices up if I sell a few and become a Trader though.;) Never really sketched humans before. All I ever did at school was draw cars, All the time!. Could have a go but no promises. Andy
  20. So who wants a pencil drawing of their pride and joy? something you can frame and look at for years to come!! I recently started drawing again and after posting up a drawing of my car I had lots of excellent comment (thanks!);) and suggestions of drawing other member’s cars. I have done a few samples this week for you to look at.(some of my recent examples aswell) Actual size is 9”x12” paper, however the scanned copies are not as clear as the originals. If anyone is interested then send me a PM or mail me at andy_mclean300@yahoo.co.uk with a preferred picture you would like me to draw. My starting charge will be £20 for subscribed member and £25 for others.(Price has now increased to £30 per drawing) Postage will be £5 and that includes air mail from Canada and the cost of buying the Tube to put the drawing in. Postage will be cheaper when I’m in the UK. (Usually every 4 months) I won’t ask for any payment until the drawing is complete, at which point I will e mail you a scanned copy with a SAMPLE sheet over the top. Upon payment I will post out the original. This method was agreed by the committee. If I get any interest then I will start up as a trader. Nothing ventured, nothing gained. 21. there are always low times when owning a Z, I for one have thought on a few occasions about getting rid of it for something newer. Thats always short lived though. As soon as you drive it again you will be back on cloud 9. Andy
  22. Traveling. I love getting away from western way of life and seeing new cultures once in a while. Drawing, just getting back into it. Sailing/watersports Working out And of course cars. building, repairing, restoring and driving! Andy
  23. Well, someones got to buy them I guess? Defo comes out better on the screen if i take a picture rather than scan like I did with the 300zx. Well, back to the drawing board as they say. Andy
  24. Cheers, I Finished off another drawing last night for my mate who has a GTR. Will do a few more examples this week then put a post up and see if anyone wants one of their car. Wont be asking much either.;) Andy
