Lol...I know this! My post was whether anyone had a pic of a black brembo logo on a red caliper as it's white standard but I wanted black but wasn't sure whether it would look good! Alas I managed to find a pic and quite like the black on red so have chosen to go down that route! Cheers tho!

Yea, I've seen them too but getting mine painted on in heat resistant paint. Problem is...I can't decide whether to brave it and go with the black (which looks better in my head) or stick with the standard white.... ...any pics at all? I've tried googling but can't seem to find anything :sad:

Does anyone have a pic of red brembo calipers with the brembo lettering in black? I'm about to get some painted up and though white is the usual colour for the lettering I'm hoping to keep with a black/red theme throughout but not sure if it will look as good/standout clearly.... Also figured the white lettering would probably look brown before too long without regular polishing up... Thanks guys!

I think you mean AAT (Assoc of Accounting Technicians) as ATT is Assoc of Tax Technicians. End of the day though, my personal advice would be not to jump into anything unless you really feel you would be happy doing it for the rest of your life! I fell into this as I said above and if I had to do it all over again...I'm not sure I would've gone down the finance route...but c'est la vie!

I'm both a CA and a CTA (Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Advisor). I studied Law at uni. I would say accountancy is a great career path as the job options are limitless. This does of course depend on your work experience, training and quals gained. I can't really advise on CIMA/ACCA but for CA you must have a top class degree to even study it and you must be have a training sponsor (i.e. aka an employer who will pay the fees and vouch for you). As far as I am aware, this is the same as for CIMA but not so for ACCA - meaning I believe you can study for ACCA off your own back though work experience obviously helps. All of these courses are fairly expensive I think so it might be worth doing the Accountint Technician qual as has been mentioned above. It's a great intro to accounting and iirc gives you exemptions from certain modules in both CIMA and ACCA. It would also help you to get a job in finance as it gives you the basics so you wouldn't be totally useless at work! Other than that, I would say look into the career paths in accounting/finance that interest you as different jobs require different skills which the difference quals can provide. Taking myself as an example, I worked in tax initially, dealing with the likes of Microsoft, Apple, Fujitsu, etc...then I moved into Private Equity and worked with some of the world's largest names in hedge funds and private finance, individuals worth millions, and investments. Now I work in Investment Banking within FX and Money Markets dealing with traders on a day to day basis and I intend to eventually end up either as a trader myself (or if this doesn't work out) in consultancy advising companies on improving efficiencies/profits, etc... Have a squizz at http://www.efinancialcareers.co.uk - there are a lot of jobs here which might give you an idea of where you want to go.... HTH p.s. not all accountants are boring! Bought the discs on here off EvoluZion3 (http://300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=135553)...pretty sure they are ok for the brembos but have agreed with Dave that in case they don't fit I can return for full refund...I know..absolute legend! I hope for the both of us that they do fit but it was an impulse buy and I was at work so didn't get a chance to properly measure up! My old discs are 330mm AP discs so I imagine these should fit....find out tomorrow as getting them fitted (before calipers arrive as my discs are worn to buggery and the whole car judders like crazy on braking!).... ...change calipers over when I get them I guess....

Hey Dan That doesn't sound too bad. I'll give you a call once it's all sorted. As for the AP discs, I was planning on going with them but then the brembos came up on here at a great price and it was an impulse buy!! Been so busy trying to sort those and the bumper I neglected to update you - apologies. I think they look pretty good tho! I've got ducts to fit in that slot so will be looking to get some sidelights put into the blanks I've got now but an LED job might be a nice touch....any links to where you got yours from?
