Wheel Arch Flaring
Decided against flaring. Thinking to just get the lip rolled - does anyone have pics of theirs with rolled lips at the rear? Just so I can get an idea of how it would look. Other option as Si has pointed out is to get negative camber dialled in... Thanks

Wheel Arch Flaring
Fitted 15mm spacers a few months ago with no need to flare the arches. Then fitted coil overs and new suspension parts in Nov - still no need to flare arches. However, last weekend I finally got around to getting Hunter alignment done and now I'm getting contact between arch and tyres when driving over even small bumps in the road. Didn't notice it until last night (as I hadn't really driven the car since alignment) and I had to do a quick 15min job to remove the spacers in a service station car park on the M40 so I could get home with peace of mind! So...spacers stay off til I can get arches flared - anyone know where/how I can get this done in/around Croydon/London? Thanks

Adjustable rear camber arms..?
I've just fitted lot of Cyberspeeds parts...aka Meister, a trader on here. Seem to be very well made though I've only had them on for about 6weeks. I relied on the feedback Meister had with their coilovers (which I also fitted). All parts seemed very well made to me. Jimmer fitted them for me so perhaps he has a more technical opinion on them.... http://www.cyberspeeds.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=77_123&products_id=345

galaxy s4 repair cost?
I did a repair on my S3 yesterday, coincidentally. I only broke the front glass though. Replacement cost £5 delivered off ebay and took my 2hrs (taking my time) to change it over. It's not quite as good as new but a huge improvement on how it was. The repair cost quoted at a few places for me was £120 to change the glass, digitizer and LCD (they claimed it was not possible to change just the glass). And any independent phone shop/stall usually offers the service, though contrary to what has been said above, I wouldn't guarantee they are owned/manned by asians

My Rides / Garage
I've not been on here for a long time but seem to remember I had populated my rides section with a lot of detail - and it's not there anymore! I did try searching for any news but couldn't find any - what happened to it all? And how do I set it up again? I only see options to upload photos now....

Jaguar XF HID Conversion
Lol...no sorry. Too much going on in my head! He has halogens and one died so was thinking of just converting to HIDs hence m questioning. He emailed me today to say he'd just gone to Halfords and got a replacement bulb fitted for £17 vs Jag's quote of £55 for the same job. No o£17 HID kits....lol

Jaguar XF HID Conversion
Thanks for the clarification Brain. Turns out my dad was too impatient and just got Halfords to change them over - £17! For once Halfords have surprised me in a good way!

Jaguar XF HID Conversion
Excuse the ignorance but what's Can-Bus?

Jaguar XF HID Conversion
Thanks for the replies - some interesting points there. Looks like it should be ok then and I personally agree that if it's away from the lens in an enclosed case then how could it possibly be tested for (plus if it's not there as has been said). Now to find a kit that's suitable!

Jaguar XF HID Conversion
NZR question - my dad is thinking about converting the halogens on his 2009 Jag XF to HIDs but the guys at Jag have apparently told him it's not possible. My thinking is that if I can change it on my 1990 Nissan, he certainly should be able to on a 2009 Jag! A quick google suggests that there are kits out there that do the job but the point of concern seems to be around self levelling for MOT purposes. Does anyone know if this is a requirement and if it applies to 2009 cars? (And why isn't it a requirement for 1990 Nissans??) Any tips/advice much appreciated! Vig

Trying to get in touch with Noz (Noel)
Yea..may have to try that then but didn't want to stalk/hound the guy. We were exchanging PMs but haven't heard back in a while so figured I'd try his numbers over the last week but no answer.

Trying to get in touch with Noz (Noel)
Anyone know if he's around/ok? Was in contact with him over PM a few weeks ago but he's fallen silent. Can't seem to reach him on either of this listed numbers either... Thanks Vig
