Well guys, not the best weather for you detailing lot if you live anywhere near me, never mind, I'll have to bring a cloth with me to the show. Good news is that the good old forecast says that we should be ok for tomorrow albeit being overcast. Not too sure if you have read the information that came with your pass, however it does state about the amount of cars that will be trying to get through the gates. With this in mind, we must leave Tesco 'dead on' 0900 otherwise we run the risk of being split up. My mobile no. should you need to get in touch: 07989 471840 I will be at Tesco around 0815 to keep a look out for you as we may not be the only ones using it as a meeting place. Guys, Just to let you know that there will be an optional entrance fee for the event up to £10. Dont worry though, this is optional as we are part of the entertainment. One year I had no cash on me and the next year I was too early for the collectors. Just thought I'd better let you know in case you want to bring a couple of quid if you wish to donate to the St Nicholas Hospice charity.

If I had a front bumper that didn't need repairing, I'd be there but I need to make it presentable for the Cars by the Lake show; never say never though, I may get it done by Monday!!??

Great news that your passes have arrived, hopefully I'll get mine in the morning! As for the time and place, as said before; the earlier the better. I think the best place to meet up so that we can all convoy to the location (and be sited together) is the Tesco store car park at Bury St Edmunds (Map). Junction 43 off the A14 where the British Sugar factory is located. Being a Sunday, the store will not open until 10am so it should be easy to spot one another. Hmmmm, as for the time!!?? I have been to this show for the past 4 years and the busiest time is 0930 to 1030. I would prefer to be earlier so that we have the best chance of being parked together, but I fully understand that this is bloody early for those travelling afar. So with this in mind I propose a time of 0830-0900 in the Tesco car park. Please let me know your thoughts as we can always adjust to best suit everyone if possible?

Hey up Craig. Yes, Karen will send out the passes between mid to end of August by post. Last year my pass arrived on the Monday before the show. The pass is secondary really as they also hold a master list of registrations which is held at the main gate mate.

Hi Paul, Great stuff, glad you're coming! I am about to go on holiday and will be back mid August. I will be arranging a time and place to meet before the show so that we can hopefully have all the Zeds together; the earlier we meet the better! No other details required.
