I finally fitted my radio/cd blue tooth ect. Dials fitted two weeks ago Art213

Not alot of Zders will have seen one unless it crumbles. At the top of the brake peddle there is a switch, if this green stopper crumbles ur brake lights will not go out! This stopper presses the switch in with ur foot off the brake peddle turning brake lights off. Its a PIA to get too! Art213

Now if u upside down in the drivers footwell u will c two switches! The left switch looking up is to do with cruise control! It is the right hand switch that the green rubber stopper ( brake) disintegrates then the rear lights stay on! This is what needs sorting! Awaiting DVA registration Art

Cheers, found, all fuses good! Back inside the Z it appears that the big multiple conector that fits to my ISO has four wires cut! & There small wires! With masses of wires in there & taped here & there! Im at a loss! Also spent an hour on my back looking up at my brake pedal switch. Why so bl---y awkward these zds! It appears there is or should be a green rubber pedal stopper on it. Well mines disintigrated which now my brake lights r on all the time! So anyone had this problem of trying to fix it?

Now Thats an idea! There was some round plastic pin/stud on my drivers mat yesterday. Picked it up looked at it & threw it out:ohmy: did not think it was anything so maybe that! Be home in an hour! Cheers all. If not that I will still take it back to SAV & yes that is the MOT station too:)

I think they must have done something with the wiring too! Running it up there later. Driving without number plates is abit weird but if stopped Ill show the bill my MOT fail, my pass certificate is with DVA. As im booked in apparently legal?

Correct! Sorry my details are bad! But yes u absolutely Right! My rear lights & nothing else! even ignition off! Me thinks they must have cut a wire but how?:confused: It was a good comination to see my front fogs blue then the offside front fog turn white when I put the side lights on:D
