  3. Took my Z to Lydd & back! The lights behind is my neighbour opposite reversing his 2012 Porche Boxster S out! Funny but my Z gets more looks & compliments than his! mine in Japan!
  4. These are on my dash! Anyone know WTF they do? I think the one on the R is oil temp! Guess! The two on the L are marked L & R & always go to 11 when excellerating then drop to 2! & flash! At night coming home the flashing is very annoying! Are they linked to the exhaust temp? It's more irritating cos they have always done this. Jap import 91 TT Auto
  5. Genuine Italian Momo steering wheel with boss. Fits straight on the Z. £50 with p&p included? 07515531709
  6. Yes I could! Some have used one pence coins, I think! Trouble with metal on plastic? It wears out the switch! Wouldn't Nissan have put bolts & nuts on both at the manufacturing phase if a good thing? Anyway I got five more if I need to replace them again
  7. The flip flop! One month ago my brake lights stayed on & flattened battery! A green rubber brake stopper ordered $3.25 postage $42.00! Sorted. So I changed my Momo steering wheel for an original one, my cruise control did not work! Another green stopper! There are two on the brake pedal & they disintegrate with age! These fit the hole & with super glue to hold it in place! Hay Pressto! Does exactly what the green stopper does! & much cheaper!
  8. Polished the Z today! Cruise control fixed with Marsha's flip flop ! Took the Z to the Five Bells in Brabourne & came across a classic car meet! Some awesome cars! Only one Z though & that was mine!

  13. Couple of months ago my brake lights stayed on! The problem was the green brake pedal stopper had disintegrated so not pressing on switch. This was fixed, I ordered one from America $3.2! Shipping was $42.00! Now I need one for my cruise control because this has disintegrated too! Anyone found a cheaper alternative? What can be the best? I don't want to wear out the plastic switch.

Paul, I think we should arrange the time & date then let Zders who fancy a meet join us? I run several teams & u cannot get T & D to suit everyone! I'm happy to go north of U if it would attract more Zs! Like Dorking on the A25? So let's get a date in the dairy & let the Z world know! For me it's a drive out! Art
  16. From Yeovil! That's quiet at trip! But Zs although old, they are not the easiest of beasts to work on or know about them. So if anyone knows someone closer like SE or london? Please let me know! Art
  17. It looks tidy! My first z was red! As I live in Folkestone !!! I'm sure some one will go look at it for u! Art
  18. That's a poor reflection Lex! But not ur fault sir! I would have gone to all meets to meet the Z people but due to circumstances I didn't put my name forward. If I say yes I will go! & I am looking forward to the coming year! I would luv a mini meet for just for a few hours to see & meet real people who share the passion of the Z! Any where in Kent before Xmas? As I live in Folkestone somewhere Maidstone/Rochester way? a pub? Art
  19. Not a standed wheel? Therefore no cruise control? Welcome to the club Art
  20. I did mine a few weeks ago took me best of 4 hours scraping trims! Got them primed & plastic painted! Then this Not too bad a job but labour intensive! the other side![ATTACH=CONFIG]
  21. Well it's a TT jap import 91! It has the pod wiring. I have check it at 50 60 & 70 mph Will check relay & used to footwell pedals as I had to change the green stopper for the brake lights staying on!
  22. Hi all,, Last week I replaced this For this There is only one electric connector to connect on the wheel! So if that is the case where do I look now :)?
  23. Ok, will look at auto box today ( good job I have today off:) Also, probably worth having battery checked, but it turns over & starts first time! Thanks
  24. Lexx, that's a lot of info 194 pages! I opted for Jeff's thread on this but no response from power light on flashing codes. As mine is an import maybe it just will not do a self diagnostic.:confused1: I did do an oil change though. Hardest thing was getting the oil filter off. Also found that there was no washer on the sump plug! It has one now! I took it for a drive the auto change is ok but not right but will check details tomorrow . Wash it too!
