I've bought a few Cat C cars from the salvage auctions as well as some Cat D cars and some of the Cat C ones were in better nick and sailed through the MOT and VIC. I agree though, the guy should have mentioned it but like Gumball3000 said you could have done a bit of haggling and got a bargain.

hard pipes for intercoolers
Look on the US ebay for them, i bought 2 sets for myself and flikz. Look out for the ones that state they are thicker metal than the usual ebay crap and ideal for BOV's. The only problem is they are not Stainless Steel but chromed aluminium i think but then you get what you pay for.

Is centrefuse more user friendly? I'm finding some of the setting up of road runner going way over my head lol. I've managed to set it up to play music and movies but i wanted to add the gps software and also the clock/speedo/compass but when it comes to this i'm lost. :headvswal

I don't know if there are shops in England called Timpsons? They do key cutting and shoe repairs, they also do alarm fobs, i took my old one in after the spare was lost and they re-ordered me a new one, that was a sigma but the guy had catalouges of alarms.

Thanks Dave, and to all for your help/advice, i changed them all over now and took some step by step pics i'll post later. The only prob i encountered was the face for the RPM is different and didn't locate in the locating dowels but this was easily fixed by using the origional and just changing the oil pressure dial.

So if i take all the dials drom my uk set and fit them to the jap set they will all work as they should? How does this delimit them as i thought that was in the circuitry?
