What i meant was you can't just take steroids and expect great muscle gains. You can take steroids, get bitch tits and mood swings and massive water retention. Some guys think they're lucky but it catches up with you in the end.

Taking steroids does not give you big muscles. I used to be heavily into bodybuilding many years ago and know all about the pro's and con's, mainly the cons. When you over train your muscles your actually tearing the muscle tissue, steroids increase the repair and recovery time of these muscles. Every time your muscles are damaged through this training by taking steroids you aid in their recovery and thus the muscle increases through rapid healing and increases in mass. The same way your heart muscle will be damaged and through the rapid repair of the tissue will expand and decrease flow to the arteries. So if you want live past 50 without heart surgery don't take steroids.

I was talking to my mate earlier who was there and he said he said you could tell it would kick off and was surprised there wasn't more trouble. He said they put on these fan zones and were supplying alcohol from early morning but there was no extra food stalls and no toilets. He said there was a river of piss running down the street as there was a 3 hour wait for the toilet. He said it kicked off by about a dozen so called (drunk)supporters and the police just appeared out of no-where but instead of just rounding up the trouble makers they waded into the crowd, he said the Rangers supporters were all just carrying on as normal waiting for the arseholes to be rounded up but the police just continued coming forward waving their batons and then they set the dogs on the crowd, thats when some of the fans turned on the police. Just to add my mate was there with his boss as he was down for a promotion interview and wanted to show a good impression. He also said the when the big screens failed before kick off the police were trying to prevent the supporters from leaving the fanzone to try and find somewhere showing the match. There's always two sides to every story but thats still no exscuse for the behaviour of certain fans!!!

I'm a Rangers fan and was disgusted at what i saw on the news, those few are not fans just mindless idiots. When you think of how many fans were there, there was very few arrests but real supporters should shop the trouble makers and not let them get away with acting like animals and tarnishing the name of the club.

Could it be aftermarket suspension and because its a genuine Strosek car they've just put their stamp on it.

Did you make sure both mating surfaces were clean and smooth? Also what head gasket did you use? Was the doner head pressure tested before fitting?

I'd check the filter first, its not going to cost you anything just to look, rather than shelling out a few hundred £'s on an autobox. Or as more than a few people have done go for a manual conversion.

Mike at MJP in the traders section sells the filters and the sump gasket (including new screws) I think they are around £30. To check the filter you'll have to remove the sump anyway so its probably best for peace of mind. If the filter is badly clogged then it could be that the box is on its way out then you'll be looking at a new/good second hand one. We changed the filter on my mates and he only got an extra couple of weeks out of the box before it gave up.

It could be the previous owner changed the fluid but didn't change the filter and its full of crap.

I bet you've just dragged them together to get a pic and the poor dogs are waking up and wondering how they got there.

I'm not too sure as its not marked on the cover, i think its just a bridge. Take the wire of thats there and check it for open circuit and check the connections for any corrosion.

Hi Ian, i just tested my ECU connections and i am getting 0.8v so i removed the main blue fuse (the one from the drivers side engine bay) and now getting 0.04v. Have you checked this fuse.

What were the hose's like at PCV's? Might be worth changing them incase they are full of crap. I'd take it for an easy long run, you'll notice more once your driving.
