Those are timing belt covers not rocker covers, have you posted the wrong pic bud?

I don't suppose it would do any harm if i reflowed all the soldered joints on all the dials while their off or should i just stick to the faulty one? If its not broke and all that.

No the needles were not touched, it wasn't the dial faces i changed it was the complete unit and i was very careful not to touch the needles.

I've just fitted my clocks, dash pods ect. after getting them back from Graham (Groover-Excellent job he's done and highly recommended). This is the first time these clocks have been fitted in my car as i removed the jap ones for UK, as the connections were different on the back i just swapped all the dials from the UK set into the jap cluster and i also removed the de-limiter that was fitted. All lights work as they should, except the speedo go's up to 20mph when i turn the ignition key and i know this shoulldn't happen as there is no engine in the car lol. What could be causing this? Is it because i've removed the de-limiter or could it be the clocks i bought are faulty? Many thanks.

i bought one of them Tom Tom CD'S from ebay (cheap copy) for my mobile phone and it updates no problem, even has the little side street just up the road from me where the traffic cops sit with there speed camera's. I've had that about 18 months now.

could the split pins have corroded on the actuators and the arms came loose from the waste gates. and the waste gates become seized closed and only venting under extreme pressure. I mean ZXetreme pressure?:D
