Anyone fitted these before. I need to know a few things to see if I'm being strung up once again. With the manifolds do the bolts need to be shortened or do they fit straight on ?. Do the JWT530bb's fit straight on without hitting the block or do you need to modify something for them to fit. I'm using HKS actuators with them if that helps. ? The Nismo 555's, do they come with seals or do you need to order them seperate ?. Or do they come with the complete engine bebuild gasket set.

You can make up a ss bracket for it mate. That's the best bet.

The easiest way to remove the turbo is to take the engine out. This is the advisable way, becuase if you have sheered off the rota you are going to want to strip the engine down to check for any bore scratches or shards of metal in the engine. You can take the turbo off while the engine is still in but it's not easy.

Yes, I understand that but if you wait too long the cookies will never be ready. So if you are going to have milk and cookies then by the time you fine tune to make the ultimate cookie, you take a bite, it's the best tasting cookie in the world, then you have a swig of milk and you ruin it all because the milk has now been waiting so long for the cookie that it's gone sour, and no matter how great the cookie taste you know you can't get rid of that sour milk taste by eating more cookie. So in summary, why do we have to go through all this effort to make the cookie taste so good if we have to wait for so long. Why not buy the cookie off the shelf that someone else has put all the time and effort into making and enjoy it as and when we want. I guess in Summary..... (more summary that is) Just eat the god dam coockie and enjoy it !!! Only make a new cookie when the old cookie no longer works for you ;) And please no one start on reverse engineering the milk becuase the next thing you know 2 or 3 pages later we would have gone from blueprinting milk to geneticially modified cows, to udders, then onto the subject of breasts and then we are fooked !!!

See what happens when you go into too much detail. It started off with a simple "Want a cookie" It's then gone stupidly detailed and now the cookie is ruined.

Ah see, you would need the blueprint for the shelves and some sort of interfacing diagram if you wanted to know relationship between cookies and shelf to reach maximum cooling potential. Yeah but we are talking about Sainsbury's here, they are not real bakers, they just have a beeper on the oven and silly hats.

Yeah I can. 1) They start with a reciepe and some ingredients, then they add it all together and pass it to the cookie fairy. The cookie fairy casts the magic cookie spell on it to add that special cookie flavor taste, then she put's it in the oven. 2) Then they are put on the shelves nice and warm for that just cooked taste. If they get cold they are taken off the shelves and some spotty dude coughs on them and put them in the microwave for 15 seconds then back on the shelve for that jsut cooked taste. 3) If they get cold again go back to step 2. Repaeat these steps for 3 days or until cookies are sold.

When I fitted my greddy SMIC's I left two bolts out of each one. So I had 4 x 8mm holes. Boost was set at 14psi and dropped to 9psi, but still went over 0. That's a huge boost leak but still had some boost.

I shall check for bolt heads under the tailgate pannel when I get it back. Should be easy to remove it if is though :)

No mate, It has to be bolted on. Anything over 50 mph nadyou are already putting pressure on it. I've been told in the past that my spoiler has a little bit of flex it in when hitting over 100mph. Not sure whether this is true as it's fooking solid and I can't imagine it would flex being made of fibre glass. No signs of cracks to the paintwork either so at the moment I'm not believing this.

Yeah the car although not too agressive is a little agressive, I'm just not sure if it will look better without the spoiler or with it. Was looking at swapping it out for a slight smaller spoiler but undesided.

I guess it could be either a sieze turbo or a big old vaccum leak. However for a vaccum leak it's unusal or coinsidental that it would not go above 0. Usually you loose a bit or allot but it shold effect the whole range from - to +. My money is on Sieze tub as when my passenger side turbo spindle decided to try and break free, I also couldn't get above 0 psi. The blades on the tub were scraping the inner casing and when I took the engine out and the tubs off there were large chunks missing from the blade. This is the reason I had to strip the entire engine as I wasn't sure exactly where the missing metal from the tubs had gone. Didn't scratch the bore but decided wheil it was out I may as well upgrade everything and rebuild anyway. Are you getting any smoke out the back ?. If so is it a blue grey colour ?. Any noise when you try and go into boost (sounds like a bag of nail rattling under the bonnet) ? Anything else you noticed different ?

Still not sure but I have to keep it for the summer '08 at least. The cars been off the road for so long that even my wife has never been for a drive in it. That's how long it's been !!! I've been told that I will have it back this weekend or very shortly after, but I'm not holding my breath as I've heard this many times before.

I'm thinking of taking the rear spoiler off when I get it back. Not sure if I want to put a different one on or keep it spoiler less. Can someone have a quick photoshop of he car without the spoiler ?
