  1. I'll try get there for 9 as well. Last one there buys the bacon sarni's !
  2. I've never liked Enzo lights on a Zed, but to be honest they looked pretty good on Zelda.
  3. Bung it on youtube mate.
  4. You can go via the wing and up to the battery. Take the mouldings off the side of the passenger footwell and you should be able to see the route I'm talking about. I'm at work so don't have any pics here but I think I have some at home. I'll dig around if no one has responded by tonight.
  5. Literally threw a rusty section on the skip just a few weeks ago. bummer !
  6. erm, yeah I was just testing or something :D :slap: They didn't name this smilie after me for nothing :smw:
  7. I would agree wth Dan, Plus the fact that I have no idea what I'd want in the next 8 months, also I'm very impatient, if I do need something, I want it now :)
  8. Agree with Bigman, Haven't had any problems with mine personally, but had a friend with a 300zx manual NA, had the same problem, It's either the lock out spring or the box has got out of sync. He went without reverse for a couple of weeks while the car was waiting to be booked in, then he started loosing other gears, namely 1st 3rd and 5th.
  9. There is an option when you first start which is recieve a cash reciept which you can exchange at customer services or donate it all to charity. either way you still pay the fee (cash reciept) or they take the fee (donation).
  10. I remember the first time I used that in Sainsburys. £129 somthing and a whole bunch of rejected foriegn or damaged coins :)
  11. I think there's a new rule out now though. Anything over £18 can not be declared as a gift.
  12. Last meet I went to was Billing 04 so I'll only know the old school people that have been around since the club started. Will be very good to meet the new faces, I'll feel like a new member again :(.
  13. Muhahahha, yea of little faith. They may be small but they blow hard :). They should be capable of running 24 psi with 555's
  14. Sorry didn't read this bit properly. before I replied last. Do you have an aftermarket rad already ?. Also while you are taking the engine out to change the turbo's. It may be worth getting an under plenum bypass done as well as removing and blanking off the EGR.
  15. I would say you are good with that set up. You are going to need to get your chip remapped though becuase of the bigger injectors. Bare in mind also that you will not be able to run the injectors and turbo's as near to thier full potential as you like until you get some more air into your system and then you will need to look at maybe forged pistons and better cooling.
  16. Does anyone have any links to some good car audio sites ?. I'm after a new amp for my boot build, but the problem is that it needs to be of certain dimensions. Every site I look has little or no information about the dimensions of the amps they sell. What I'm after is 240mm x 240mm give or take 30mm.
  17. Do I need to change my forum name to "SMW1 Midday" to get on the RR session :)
  18. I only really drive the 300 in the evenings and most on weekends now it's run in. Working up the city I get the train in instead. Will you be transporting lots of shiny stuff by any chance ?
  19. Will do mate, chuck us your postcode and mob number in a PM and if I'm around that area I'll swing by. I was parked on Kings road for most of last Sunday. Usually on go to the Fulham area once a month as we have very close friends in a few areas round that way.
  20. I'll put that on my list of things to do :)
  21. I tried to look but can't access google maps at work. Someone print screen the location and post it here so I can circle the one I think it is :)
  22. Love the frozen prawn idea. We did that to a guy at work who was always playing the fool and being really annoying. A couple of frozen prawns inside his keyboard, another couple in the lining of his seat. Job done.
  23. It's a monster Z
  24. Use a combination of both. The best sound quality comes with the thickness of the box the sub is in. It's hard to keep weight down and have the best sound. So I'd go for a basic ply frame followed by fiber glass moundings.
  25. The illumination for the radio will usually run from one of your existing lighting circuits. It's wried this way so that when you turn your lights on the stereo knows it's dark and to dim the stereo lights. I would suggest connecting this one back up. Also connect the earth back to how it was., make sure the corrosion is cleaned and use new chock blocks if required for a good connection. Try using a multi meter to find out what wire you need to connect the illumination to. you should have a 12v running through it only when the lights are switched to the on position. If you get nothing at any time on this wire then you are more than likely looking at a fuse. You can find these to the right of the accelerator pedal in the drivers footwell, behind a littl trap door on the side. My parents live in mayland sea, so I may see you around when I head up there once a month.
