It seems as though the Passenger side (our Driver side) is the same for all models '90 -'93 but the Drivers side (Our Passenger side) is different for NA and TT models '90 - '93.

Try http://www.impossible-performance.co.uk they sell turboxs which are probably the cheapest you are going to get.

1st 3rd & 5th noisy... 2nd & 4th quite. My money is that the top rubber boot has slipped off of the lower boot at the back end. Therefore everytime you put it in an "up" gear it pulls the boot forward. Try this. Put it in 1st 3rd or 5th when you are driving and then put pressure on the leather grommet at the base of the shifter. Does the noise go away ? If so then you ned to refit your boots.

Well look at it this way James you are doing it correctly. Continue as you have and your car will give you loads of fun for years to come. Start to slack and expect problems ;)

Make sure it'snot in gear though LOL. The Launch has two settings one for dry and one for wet. I have my wet setting at 3,300 rpm and my dry at 4,300. As Stuart says above you press, then press and hold and rev the engine, but have the dial switched to the wet setting for the wet and all others (except off) for the dry setting.

That's excellent news Paul, I know it's not the same, but if you can a nice '99 spec from out of it that would be pretty cool too. Traction control is a must, too many people are crashing their cars recently and TC would have prevented most of them.
