I'm afraid after a lot of thought and with great regret, I have decided to sell my 300zx. I have had a little bit of money come in and I will be buying a skyline. Thanks to everyone on here who have helped me out keeping my Z running smoothly. I have enjoyed meeting all of you and I'm sure our paths will cross again in the future. You shouldn't get this if you still have your cats in. I'll put the basic settings I have on my car on my web site toinight. I still have stock wheels so you'll need to modify this slightly. From this you should be able to tweak it up a bit untilyou are comfortable.

oh, thanks Matt. Maybe I'll leave that pipe then. Has anyone changed this O2 sensor (passenger side) before ?. Did you have any problems getting it out. I would be satisfied it I managed to break it because it had seased but at the moment, I'm feeling a little wussy because I can;t even get a decent grip on it. If you have had it out before, how did you do it ?

Has anyone ever replaced their passenger side O2 sensor ? I got the special tool (Thanks to Andy P ;)) but I'm having great problems reaching it. Right, let me answer this one. Smells - 1) Rubber - Have you been wheel spinning all over the place or driving carefully. a) Wheel spinning - look no further b) Carefully - you got something made of rubber too close to something hot. 2) Blue Cheese - Do you have cheese in the boot a) Yes - look no further b) No - Go and have a shower you smelly fook 3) Smell of Sh1t - Does your passenger look scared ? a) Yes - look no further b) No - see 2)b) Right on a serious note, there seems tobe an awful lot of thread hijacking going on. To keep things running smoothly I would suggest that if you have a question then start a new post. If you have many questions start a new post with many questions in it. This way everyone is happy. Peter, Have your questions been answered or do you still have concerns ?

Do you only get the smell of petrol when the car is cold ?. If so then you need to tighten the clamps around the fuel hoses. Check my site out. There is a section in there that tells you what hoses are the likely problems. The other smells is most likely to be a little burning oil or debris in the engine bay, these babies can get a little hot under the colar after a good old run ;). You shouldn't be able to smell this oily smell inside the car. You should only smell it as you get out and even then if shouldn't last for long. Just make sure you leave the engine running for a few minutes at idle after a good run or get a turbo timer. ;) Wouldn't worry about it too much, your turbo's are probably just sitting there at 2000 oC LOL.
