What 10x18 wheels fit our cars!!!
Don;t the 18x10 on the back stick out at all ? I don't really like the wide rear arches but I would like aset of 10's on the back.

Done the left side O2 sensor and found another problem
Finaly found a tool to get the bloody thing undone LOL. While I had the battery out, I found that a vaccum pipe had broken off. Andy P. You remeber we couldn't get the RMP below 1000 without disconnecting the O2 sensor, it was the same with the new sensor in, but then connecting this pipe back up, adjusting the tps to .40 I managed to get down to 750 rpm. It's a little lumpy at the moment I have reset the ECU so we'll see how it goes in a 100 miles or so. I'll come up this weekend and return your tool (oh-er) and swap those MAS's back over. I think mine is ok apart from the obvious missing mesh.

Yeah we have em on here, along with the best colour debate, apprently some people try to argue that red is faster ?? But I thik most of us have excepted that you can only start to argue the Auto v Manual debate at about 600BHP :D

Stopped
Sounds like a failed series I PTU to me mate. I got a spare if you want to try it out. I work in Euston if this is any good for you ?. or I could post it out to you. The PTU's cost between £100 - £200 from Courtesy in Texas, so I will need my one back after you have eliminated the problem. :D.

New Car!!!!
Excellent Tom, I hope you have great fun getting hit home from Dover. I guess you are going start converting it to have rear fog lights and all the EUC checks etc. Have you got this booked in already ?. Is it pre registered. I know we all probably sound like your dad, but be very careful becuase these cars don't like to stay facing forward too often. May I reccomend Racr Logic Traction control. It's the safer way to drive a TT without taking any of the fun out of it (IMO you can actually have more fun and not have to worry too much about crshing your car). Good luck Tom and congratulations. Wouldn;t mind seeing some pic's when you can ;)

Ah see that's where you went wrong. You need a decent convoy mate like the one we had down here. It takes a certain degree of skill (by all drivers involved) to be able to keep a 20 car convoy together for 35 miles.

About to throw the towel in!!!!
It could be a number of things making it misfire. Have you run an ECU diag ?. For some reason the Diag doesn't show up O2 sensors as a fault, but if you run it in mode one, you can probably identify and problems with O2 there. People seem to interpret a mis fire in a number of ways. 1) hesitation when running at a constant low rpm speed and trying to accelerate gradually (more like a slight jerking motion) 2) Hunting - the car when idle drops to about 500 rpm and then the ECU brings it back up to about 800 before it stalls. The RPM goes up and down at idle. 3) Slight misfire, the car jolts and jumps now and then 4) Running of 5 cylinders, the car sounds like some old American clapped out van putting and jumping. Which one best describes yours ?

initial niggles
Can I suggest that you use some installation tape to tape up the paintwork surface directly under the mirror. It can take a few slips of the screw driver and doesn't leave a sticky residue on the door.

300zx Essex area
I always thought that it was the other way around. Most Broadband cable connections require a static IP address (i.e. always the same) Dial up services including some dial up broardband services will be allocated a new IP address at each connection. Anyway, I was only kidding James and I'm sure you know this :D :D. We know you've got more important things to worry about than arguing with yourself ;). My moneys on "Right said Marc" :D :D
