  2. Well I got a turbo timer going for £10 + P&P if you want it ? Check out the for sale section on my site.
  3. But did it feel good :D
  4. WTF are you talking about ?. That 1st slip was 45 degrees from straight and then the 2nd was about 30 degrees. I guarentee mate if you saw it in the flesh you would not be saying it was piss poor  Besides it wasn't even an attempt to get the arse out, it was more of an attempt to get it back in LMAO !!!! :D
  5. No mate, you had your chance :D.
  6. Ok Mate £2k and they are yours.
  7. Hi again Kia, Check out the Ice section on my site I think I've got the info on there http://www.300zx-mods.co.uk/ICE.htm. If not, the best place I found was to bring it from the engine to just below the battery and out into the front passenger wing, from here you can grab it through the door opening and feed it into the door grommet (the side that goes into passenger side of the car), then it will come out above the ECU, where you can feed it down and under the side seal to the back of the car.
  8. And the test drive come free with some serious Arse Out Action :D :D
  9. I would like to help, but as I'm insured with the Us military I don't think my documents would benefit him. I'm covered for unlimited modifications and if the car is stolen I get the base price back for the car + any extras I have added to it. I don't think any UK insurance company can better that, but sadly by this time next year I will be looking elsewhere for insurance as Cerina is leaving the US Military to join another UK company which will remain unnamed at this time :D ;).
  10. :D LOL, I know it was a joke mate ;). That " " smilie can be so misleading :D I was kinda hoping that you wouldn't take that the wrong way that's why I added loads of smilies just incase, but you didn't so that's Cool !!!. :D Speaking of traction control, has anyone been playing around with it recently ?. I need to change mine as I have 18's on there now and was wondering if anyone has some spot on settings that I can use as a baseline ?
  11. we know that mate, but that's not the point, take the sensible hat off and have some fun, you'll like it :D :D ;)
  12. and we certainly did that. :D
  13. A close up of the sideways action
  14. Well we had some fun tonight. The license plate can not be seen and I've check with driver to see if it's ok to put this up. What can I say.... this boy can drive, But I bet he shit himself. I almost dropped the camera as I was sure he was going to hit something, but no... he got it straight in the end. And you can even hear by the sound of the engine that not for 1 minute did he come off the gas... Nice one Mate ;) http://www.300zx-mods.co.uk/images/vids/JaffaArseOut.wmv
  15. Hi Mate, Sorry I got caught half way between updateing my site, but it's now all nice and rosey again on there. LOL Here's Phatty's car
  16. ... in that case AdamR may want to buy them off you. I hear he's collecting wheels that don't fit on a Z :D
  17. Maybe a daft question but you didn't answer it :D :p I realise some reasons why the engine can be too cold. i.e. things like O2 sensors not kicking in, safety boost still on etc. But I would like more info on what else it effects,if you can provide it :D. I'm sure there were other people on here wondering the same thing, I don't mind asking stupid questions mate, it's all part of the learning process. ;) This place has taught me a lot about the 300zx and I would like for it to continue teaching me. It's easy to think a question is daft if you know all the answers, but some of us don't, that's the reason we ask in the first place. We don't post a question to try and look silly, it's other people who help us do that ! ;):p So fill me in :D (left open for comment LOL)
  18. I think you will need to have a flywheel suitable for that Clutch and I don't think the stock one is a worthy contender. The twin plate HKS is a bit of a b|tch to be honest. I have a Stillen Twin in mine and it's very close to the stock feel. However I have driven Jaffa's car which is fitted with a twin plate HKS and after about 2 miles of back streets I pulled over and told him to drive it, because you have to rev the engine in order to change down a gear, it's a little on the tricky side if you are not used to it, but I think James (jaffa) is more than happy with it. The only thing which is a little worrying if you don't know about them is the fact that the plates rattle together when the clutch is not engaged.
  19. You've probably just got a loose earth on the bulb itself. You don't need to take the front bumper off. Is your cap a Jap import or a UK ? If it's a Jap import it may be worth converting your bulb housing to take UK bulbs. I think I've put a tech article on my site on how to do this. If not I'll write on up and it will be on there soon. Open the bonnet, and pull out the bulb form the faulty light, check the wiring. Sounds like you got lots of little probs with the car mate, but hopefully that is all they are.
  20. Excellent. See you at Trax then Mate :D
  21. It's probably nothing major. Maybe just loose fuel line clamps. Take a look at my site under the engine section. There is a page there that will talk you though tightening these up.
  22. Hi Kia, Well the bits you have bought are very easy to fit an I would recommend doing the service yourself. This way you get to know the car and how various bits of it work, also saves you a fortune. It always helps if someone is there for guidance as you go along. The servicing you want to do is pretty basic stuff - Oil & filter change, air filter, fuel filter, new pulgs should only take you about 2 hours max. If you want I could give you a hand and also run a diag for you. This way if you have any problems we can sort them as we go along. I work for Beer :D
  23. I sure did mate, I've been up to my neck in it recently, However I will have time to put them on my site and link them in here tonight :D.
