Sounds like the same thing that happened to mine. It became more and more difficult to start up from cold and was running like pooh, however as soon as it warmed up it was peachy :D. I had to have all the valves reseated as there was only about 75% compression in each chamber. Anything less than that and you won't really be able to start her up (if all cylinders are the same that is).

The red line is set at about 7200rpm on stock engines, most aftermarket chips will incease this to about 7500rpm. I think 51x is running somewhere in the region of an 8500rpm limiter.

I have a fair few favorites… I would have to say (again in no order) Neilzys - Exterior is just so clean and spotless. Russ - I like the sound of it and the over all looks. James - very smooth and stockish. XCK 1 - love the colour and it's fairly original for a kitted na. Mac1 - it's got to be the the best head turner of a zed and more credit to mac for the effort put in to it. Jaffa - very quick and very suttle but kinda mean looking. Runners up for me were… Crazy Eddie - nice sound and looks to go with it, but shame it's red :tongue: Baggins - love the leather interior and it's silver ;) Lack300 - interior again but I personally don’t like the wood effect. DaveW - was the inspiration for mine but it's red and has quad lights ;)

Hi John, good to have you onboard As you can see Chunk has put the link up for all info about Billing. Where is Rockingham Motor Speedway and what sort of ideas do you have. You should be able to put a new thread up by just going into the general section and hitting the new thread button(top left section of the screen). You don;t need to be a subscribed member to do that (I don;t think so anyway), however if you want to support the club and this site then membership is only £20 for a year and £15 rejoining fee each year after that. This will give you discounts in the traders forums which is worth £20 alone plus lots of other interesting and exciting stuff :D

At 15.3 psi I would be expecting her to be pushing at least 330HP at the hubs. if you are running the same at 19psi I would say in the region of 320HP at the hubs, but if you have sorted her out good and proper and ironed out all the issues that she seems to have had, you should be looking at the high 300's at the rear hubs. Can't wait to hear what she's got now you've sorted it. If she's not detting and seems to be running fine then keep her at 19 psi, that's what you got the forged pistons and bigger tubs for ;). Don't forget to post up in the dyno section and I'll add/update your stats in the thor chart.

I've had no problems with them so far and they have always kept to the timescales they promised me. Which I think is the biggest issue for most of the "Haters" out there. I will probably be getting them to fit my new tub's and injectors as well as I just don't have the room to pull the engine (yet)
