  1. Some epically poor driving there! LOL Poor old girl... actually worth quite alot over there as well! lol
  2. Lol... ^^^ Yeah I can imagine they are popular, I did expect them to be cheap and well looked after though! Still nice to be different eh.... try and find a Renault Safrane or a Lincoln town car hehe slightly ironic... reverse invading down the Autobahn!
  3. Cheers mate will have a look at those, its not a huge room I had calculated that it needs a 4.8kw burner, which of course is a 5kw unit. Its only 12 x 14, double glazed and cavity wall insulated etc. Yeah I had seen some people having attempted it them selves, I was talking to dad and we have two wood burners at home one is lined the other isnt, the irony is the one without the lining is actually much better at combusting on a still day but we do have an aga which also shared the same chimney "route" and so does keep that chimney warm all the time. When can you start ;) I'll make you a brew and a bacon butty :D
  4. Ah right, my house was built in 1933. I have removed the "modern"gas fire and knocked all the extra brickwork out to reveal the original fireplace. I had a chap round to look at it who was quotedme £1016 to install the bloody flue...Now its only a bit of bloody pipe that shouldnt really take more than a day to do.The last one my parents had done was about £200-£250 so dad and I had figured around the £300 mark but £1000 is just a bit of a piss take I think. I need to get someother people to quote but also thats why I was asking on here if anyone has had it done, maybe thats how much it costs, if thats the case I'll be doing it my self!
  5. Has anyone had a chimney flue fitted recently? What sort of cost was it? I have had a quote back from a local company and it was more than I was expecting! Or does anyone on here do chimney flues and would like a foreigner?
  6. I was going to say I think it was based on the model of E Class that Joan of Ark had! I'm not a fan i'm sorry, it looks like a badly styled cheap bentley and for that it cannot be excused. I think the boot is to short, or to shallow. I can never work out what is wrong, but I'm sure the wheel arch is far too close to the top of the boot lid. Its just not right! Apart from the SRT8 or the hemi v8, which your just buying it for the engine, it wouldnt be my choice.
  7. Ah! Your in germany, that would make more sense I did wonder why it was LHD :) I'd have thought 5/7's were crunching underfoot for £3.50 a piece over there though!
  8. £500?? Id just buy a 5 or 7 series.... Faster, more economical and better looking lol
  9. You need to go to Control panel, Administrative tools, then into Computer management. Down to Disk management on the left and then find the new drive, right click on it and then format, or you might have to then make the partition active. I cant remember and dont have a new hard disk to try it on, but the options you want are in there my friend :)
  10. You after anything in particular mate? Umming and Arring about selling mine...
  11. Yowser where is that picture of those two green Z32's? Im sure you posted it, I have saved it but im not at home. Thats the best comparision in the back end ive ever seen between swb and lwb

  13. Well u didnt say that in the OP did you ;) Hows things mate?
  14. If all else goes down the pan mate or you fancy some extra money.... Do you like daaags? Good price on your driveway sir!
  15. Where abouts are you based mate? What sort of bodywork are you wanting doing? As for a cheap runner, do you need a van? These combo vans, not pretty or fast but a cracking little thing for the money! http://vans.autotrader.co.uk/makemodel/make/vauxhall/model/combo/stock-item-id/at8a60b91b3027a04601304781546b1553/advert
  16. Looks fantastic mate! You've really made a nice job of it. Mine is all cracked concrete slabs... but soooo much to do on the inside first!
  17. I've alot of work to do ;) lol
  18. Yeah I know mate, just being silly :) Get johns kit bought. I would have loved to have done but: A: Not Brave enough B: Now very poor after buying house C: Really barely have the time to eat at the minute with trying to juggle a complex job, family, and a house renovation!
  19. Well I was going to say, BMW do do some fab engines ;) Nice BMW V8 underthere with supercharger... or one of the v12's although the earlier v12's are not really great engines IMHO, the 5l and 5.4 were single cam affairs, not much more powerful than the much more efficient and technically advanced V8's. However the 6.0 Direct injection 440bhp monster in the E65 was a nice bit of a kit (I will add the 5.4/6?? from the 850csi was a DOHC unit at 380bhp and was worthy!) Again if you have deep pockets the twin turbo v12 in the new 760i... at 540bhp or so!!!
  20. 6, 7 8 and a bit whats the difference....?! :D http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=144116 Shame to hear your going to break mate but if its for the best. At least you can sell what you have done so far! Nissan v8 would also be very cool!
  21. Sure it wasnt a mirror dude... lol
  22. Depends on your age mate you can drive up to 16 seats. As long as your over 21 and have had a car license for more than 2 years http://www.mylocalvanhire.co.uk/selfdriveminibushire.php

  24. Unless it was one of those new brazer things! Not a hint of wheel spin on those bad boys!
  25. KFC goes in your mouth not under the tyres ;) After watching your video the other day you are insane, im sure of it :D
