I think i've now solved as the feed to the controller snapped due to it getting too hot and breaking in a few places.....the air pipe just split. Ordered some more hose from Demon Tweeks and also some heat resistant sleeving to make sure it doesn't happen again. Fingers crossed all will be well soon. Cheers for all the help!

Cheers Mark I've spoken to Greddy in the US and they given some help but still think it's the solenoid valve thats bust.....

Thing is the controller lights up reads boost ok could it just be the valve????? Is there any resistance test i could do???? It is crap having no boost.....feel like i'm driving Miss Daisy!!!!

Weired one this but i seemed to have loost boost since Sunday? I have a Greddy Profec B 2 spec and all seems well with the controller it reads boost ok and all settings seem fine. There are no loose hoses all are tight and all electrical connections also seem ok. Whether i seem to set LO or HIGH i can only get 0.5 bar ?????? I think it's the valve but could it be the ECU and should i disconnect and re-set this to see what happens???? Anyone ever had this problem? Cheers

Not problems with your DET sensor is it? Had Ryan changed mine and no problem whatsoever.....then had it chipped and boosted whey hey!!!!!

Also just ordered some going to change the fogs from 35 to 55 which should make a difference too!!!!!

Always thought you have to use both front and rear strut braces otherwise it gets unbalanced.....also i need to find one's that fit properly????

I need to take a feed to light up my new boost gauge. Thinking of somewhere from the light switch cluster but don't know which to use as they are all different colours. Anyone used this or something similar?

Can i T from the line to my boost controller back to a boost gauge in a pillar pod?????? Might save me trying to feed another line in?

Had the same problem and went through the whole dilema of fitting a resister for a while but decided the best best is to get it fixed..... the det sensor is there for a reason otherwise they wouldn't have bothered putting it on in the first place. You could be fine for the rest of the life of the car very likely but for peace of mind and never having to say "*****cks wish i fixed it now" i would get it sorted. Ryan at Z-Tech did a sterling job fixing mine although i needed more boost so like most if you are going to uprate it, best to have the car working in perfect order first....................

Took the car out to test the new boost controller and had some fun with an EVO....when it came to braking his was slightly better until mine were absolutly crap and started smoking.The brakes then hardly worked at all and i decided to pull over 'till they cooled off..... They seem to work ok now but i don't trust them.....think i need to change the pads for something better any ideas?????
