probably going to be as simple as tightening up the jubilee clips on the pipes to the dump vavles

boost leak tester
Nescafe coffee lid and a bike valve does the job nicely mate! You'll need to use a compressor or something similar to get the amount of pressure and volume you need though

anybody brave enough to give this a go
If you don't mind me asking how did you find that? Very cool! Things like this make me anti social lol

Brakes and Wheel decisions!!
That's probably a good call tbh, i don't like bothering people until i have the money to buy there and then so i tend not to ring up firms etc. No, that's being of help all the same mate!

anyone had a dispute against them on fleabay?
Take it the full way as doesn't affect your feedback as the complaints i've had work through pay pal. Unfortunately if you've not got proof of posting, iirc the rules say that you have to prove that before he has to prove anything. I sold some games a while back and had the same problem. i ended coughing up! Ste

Brakes and Wheel decisions!!
That's cool. I'll doing away with the ABS i think, even though i shouldn't really from a plod point of view. I'd rather have the car running the best it can with the standard engine in terms of braking and suspension before moving onto engine. Thinking of doing a refurb though in the mean time to future proof the engine, thats a contradication isn't it lol! I wonder how much of a difference the disc size has on the balance. I'm still having no luck finding someone describing the way they dictate what brake balance is.
-
does both turbos come in together ????
Never thought about that, so the balance bar is actually distributing the excess pressure from one bank to the other, as the turbos are never going to be perfectly matched?
-
what do you reckon?
That looks nice, very subtle, i'd like to see it in relation to the rest of the car because it looks square up close. I really like the idea of carbon fibre on that strip, would look stupid on my silver one, but definately for black zeds.

Tyre fitting prices
I know it's a joke. I get a mate of mine to do mine as he works in kwikfit (not the brightest lol). The nitrogen is a much bigger molecule than oxygen and because it's a much higher concentration than your normal compressed air, the leakage rate on it is much lower. Also nitrogen works much better as a spring, so prevent wheel deformation under loading, we use it as a gas spring on the switchgear, charge it up to 120 bar, it shifts a 150kg mech in less than a couple of miliseconds. :D

Eggheads
Always seems to me like they've pulled him away from something he was doing, to present a TV show and he's not particularly happy about been there. Bit like prince charles.

Brakes and Wheel decisions!!
Dan @ DTA said that one of his customers had specifcally asked for the same setup as yourself as it gave good brake balance and the performance you need for regular track days. I'm wondering how on earth you work it out? i've been reading for hours and haven't got a good description yet lol. thats good to bear in mind though as the k sport arent badly priced and seem to be getting alot of good reviews. Thanks

How Good our cars really are....
I like the above alot :) The zed is a bloody good car, if maintained at the levels most guys on here keep there's to from new, would be one of the most reliable cars going. Being on the same RR, i'm amazed that all the cars made more than stock zeds at not much more boost than stock and mine was the only zed to have any real problems (still made 260 RWHP/314HP @0.7 bar). If they where easier to work on for maintenance then they would be extremely popular and have prices accordingly

I thought that, it quite a list to all go wrong at once.
