Hi Joel, I did that when I replace the outer sill section less than a few inches from this new hole..... It looks like the inner section has not benefitted from the dinitrol at all.... I sprayed 2 cans per side using the wand and thought I had accessed it all..... looks like I missed the area around the rear subframe mounting points somehow..... I was just thinking that the separate sill sections are easier to a access from the end? Or you need to feed the wand through 2 lots of pressed out holes to get to the inner section.... If there were a sealable hole, I could feed the lance into it spray the length and then reseal it?

Upon dripping the O/S suspension I noticed a tiny rust bubble under the underseal in the rear wheel arch.... I cleaned off the underseal and found a small hole about M8 bolt size..... more work with a wire brush on my drill expanded the small rusty hole to this.... Looks like I have the inner sill now rusting away..... I have an idea what to do now and will be cutting out the rust later today to install a new section as soon as the suspension is all removed...... I am again joining Redwine300 on a mission to temporarily kill the tin worm!!! Now a bit gutted again....... A question for the knowledgeable...... If I added a copper pipe to the repair panel that runs the length of the inner sill, sealed the other end, drilled tiny holes into it and fitted a velvet to the repair panel end..... Could something like this be used to spray rust prevention substances into the sill and parts inaccessible after closing it back up???? Or even just an access port to insert a cavity sealant wand into???? Just a thought.....

Cheers Stephen.... spent days getting every single bolt cleaned up, let alone anything else.... lol Cleaned them with degreaser, then 4 days soaking in apple cider vinegar with daily agitation, then fine brass brush by hand, followed by brass drill attachment and finally soaked in wd40 for a day..... Now all of them have come up as close to new as I could wish for. I can't believe how well they turned out... I've cleaned the inner wing plastic lining and sprayed with satin black, I replaced all the 8mm plastic clips with brand new ones, fitted the new Carbon coloured Goodridge braided lines, new brake line clips, painted all suspension parts in satin black. I need to get my finger out to get to Beaulieu...... lol

Finally put the new brembo brake pads in the N/S front and rear callipers and fitted my nice new shim kits. I polished the metal pins and calliper spring plates while I was cleaning it all up. I have also fitted Goodridge speed bleeders to the callipers to help when I fill the brake system with some new fluid..... All painted and ready for me to start the O/S rebuild..... a few pics quickly snapped tonight.... I think I need some new grooved brake discs to go with all this work now........ lol

If that is the case Si, how do all the camps in France exist? Surely the people trying to get to the UK have come into the EU and managed to get from where they entered right to the french coast. If some came in through Turkey and Greece..... how did they pass through the borders into France with no passports? From wikipedia, "In 2016, border controls were temporarily introduced in six Schengen countries (Austria, Denmark, France, Germany, Norway and Sweden)." I have No problem with migrant workers contributing to our country or people entering if they will be harmed returning to their native country at all... I am just dismayed that Governments do nothing to help people to stay in their own country with proper support, kindness and some bloody compassion.... It seems a lot of people see the media saying that we are being swamped with immigrants and lump, refugees, migrant workers or anyone coming into the UK as all the same..... They aren't! Seeing 'Frog face' Farrage pointing at a stream of desperate people on a bill board made me bloody sick..... Desperate, homeless families...... what did our forefathers fight against in WWII.... this kind of propaganda and demonising people! Sorry....... so sick of media Bull...........

Wasn't there something about them settling in the nearest country to where they entered the EU? Surely then we can return them to France as it is part of the EU and we will be until at least 2 years time? Other than that we have passport checks for everyone as they boards anything to come to the UK...... show your passport getting on the ferry, train, etc?? No passport, not getting on! This is what has annoyed me for years, Various countries letting anyone cross borders without a passport. The EU has free passage for EU citizens from one country to another, yet they allow people without passports or valid ID to manage to cross every border as it means they aren't staying in their country. With all the money countries give in aid, why not say "we'll help you with £200 million of aid to rebuild your country, but it will be us organising the building, water, electricity, etc. and giving your skilled people of your country the money as a wage to do it." If we helped actually give people jobs, tools and supplies to rebuild their own country rather than just handing over money to their Government, surely this would be a better option to make sure we actually help the people and they aren't forced to travel the distances they do to try to find a better life? Our steel industry supplies the steel to rebuild and our government pays our companies...... win win! We supply all the materials from our own industries.... By doing this it might stop their need to leave their families, homes and lives in the first place....? I personally am sick of paying huge amounts to various Governments to have them keep the money and the actual people needing the money getting a tiny piece of it after various people running the countries all take a piece for themselves, if the people ever actually see any of it at all.......!

Hi, I am after the short brake hard pipe that comes from the calliper to the flexi hose. My callipers had braided lines fitted and these were removed years ago..... Now I am fitting new lines and need to refit them..... 46245-33P10 RH 46246-33P10 LH Anyone got a pair they can part with?? Cheers Russ

I went with thinking another way to everyone else I spoke to...... If it were a vote for us to join the EU, knowing what we do about it, laws, unelected officials making decisions, immigration, propping up Greece and the euro....... would you vote to join? Too much false information and muddying the waters by both sides........ The EU to me is exactly like the 'Eurovision Song Contest' everyone helps their neighbours and we get 'nil point'....... only my view though.....:euro:
