Well I am nearly ready for the refit saturday...... then I need to do the same with the O/S front and rear as well..... Some pictures for you lot..... lol

Stripped the N/S front leg and was left with bare metal part..... It made a lot of mess outside my workshop, so need to build a cabinet to reuse the media so it drops into a container. Next it was treated with some Deox-C rust killer and wire brushed with small brass brus, finally washed off with clean water and dried. Next part was to zinc primer it to stop any rust coming back and now painted with satin black to look like this..... Not 100% happy with the finish...... so might be stripping paint off again and rubbing down to get a smoother finish......

Like Stephen said........ rust killer........ I use the Bilthamber one Deox-C gel....... paint it on, wait 30 - 60 minutes, wire brush gel, wash off with clean water and dry...... Comes up lovely..... just done suspension parts yesterday evening..... Glad to see your work again mate....... well sort of...... lol Russ

Ring classicline and tell them you would like to cancel as someone has a better offer, tell them what it is and see if they can match it?????

I just went with classic line again , No garage, agreed value of £10,000 for £260........ with 5000 miles limited..... I was bombarded with calls by a company representing Adrian flux, 20 calls in a week.... Now barred on my mobile for harassing me while I was at work and won't ever give them my number again..... Try classic line Stephen, they were polite and very helpful...... and cheaper than last year for a change.....

I would do but mine has no suspension, arms, brakes at the moment and the hover mode is off-line till I replace the flux capacitor....... lol

I have to correct the three anoraks......... The correct answer is......... Mr Tadashi who was the head of the production line had a brother who was out of work...... so he gave him a job putting small dents in the power steering reservoir so that anoraks could get free peroni's on forums!!
