  4. If you can wait till tomorrow i'll pm you some details of my system and cameras to give you an idea what you need. :)
  5. As regard the cameras, I have a 4 camera system with 24/7 digital recording protecting my house. spent loads of time trying (wasted loads of cash finding out) different types of cameras. for good night use you will need minimum of 420 tv line cameras and must be CCD and not the cheaper CMOS cameras. 420 line or better CCD (1/4inch or preferably 1/3inch lense) will give good night viewing if backed up by street lighting or additional infra red floodlighting. you can get good quality cheap external cameras of ebay from China with infra red leds built in that work really well but it's better to use a non IR camera if you can find one and then mount a seperate IR floodlamp nearby otherwise you'll be forever cleaning spiders webs of the front of the cameras. :D
  6. At the risk of sounding like a show off It was easy for me as I've got diagnostic software on my car pc, just pulled up the tps volts on the screen and adjusted it to 0.54volts (was 0.64volts) took 2 minutes. yes it's the little black box on the side of the nearside throttle body. Theres a link on here somewhere for checking the adjustment with a test meter?
  7. My auto started doing the very same recently Tizer. it felt like the torque convertor was locking/unlocking at cruise speeds of around 60 to 70mph. It was suggested to me that it may be TPS adjustment? I checked it and it was out. Reset the TPS and it seems fine since. Although I've noticed on regular checks that my TPS volts keeps drifting so I think the TPS is probably shot and needs replacing ;)
  8. Oh pooh, I thought I'd pulled then. thought Athene was asking me out on a date:(
  9. They are even better when they are a Wide arch auto ;)

  14. No surprizes there Zogg, excellent! you know I'm up for it Wozzer :nana2:
  15. They have pas coolers, engine oil and even diff oil cooler's. But the pas cooler is nothing special and it's tiny. It is just a piece of u tube with some fins mounted on it.
  16. Am I running 245's?? how did you know that? err did you get that from my rides section? if so thats wrong. should have a 245 but is now fitted with a 235 toyo proxes T1S and that looks stretched also but will go back to a 245 when they need replacing. I dont even know what the offsets are on my rims but have it written down somewhere, will try and find it and post up. Have a look at this pick of my car at the pod as you get a good view of how the tyres look, they dont look narrow when the cars stationary but the maybe a bit in the piccy. But the second pic you can just see the stretch on the front tyre.
  17. As said above, I run a 10" rear, 9" front with no spacers. But they are custom 3 piece rims ordered with the correct offset so the wheel sits right out into the arch. Did have a 275/35/18 on the rear but it looked a bit streached so fitted a 285/35/18 which sits nice on the rim and fills the arch a bit more as slightly bigger profile. could have gone to a 295 but looking at the 285 I think it would have looked balloon like on the rim, I guess it depends a bit on what brand of tyre you fit?
  18. I'll be seeing it at Birmingham as its usually on the same weekend as the classic car show which I'm going to.
  19. I remember it well Ed, price is as big as its loud :shock::shock:
  20. I Have a U.K spec TT with the heated seat function, I recently fitted some switches in my car for the pc and wanted to mount them in the spare blank holes on that switch module. But after removing it and carefully taking it apart it would have been almost impossible to mount them there due to the complex mouldings inside the switch unit, so I relocated the alarm LED from next to the clock to that module which is all that would fit and put the switches next to the clock.
