  1. And because *I* am going on holiday there in a few weeks ... Stu, if you like I can drop something unpleasant off to your family if you *really* don't like them;) CheerZ, JB.
  2. Now let me ponder that for a moment ... Get 'em sorted, or sell 'em to James? No ... thanks ... I really don't think so ... sorry mate ... I love 'em too much!;) Keep on searchin' - you know it makes sense!:D JB.
  3. Hmmmm, Is it possible to score a negative result in an IQ test? ;) - He may be riding high on the back of the results in the Gulf, but let's not lose sight of the fact that this bloke is thicker than a whale sandwich - even most US types that I've met wouldn't deny that:rolleyes:
  4. TurboZ, As FT says, you need the Z-club forum, since this site deals exclusively (well, most of the time!) with Z32 (i.e. post '89 300zx) issues. For the Z club, Click Here - there's a technical forum on there dedicated to this model of 300zx, and I'm sure someone will be able to help you out. CheerZ, JB.
  5. Agreed .... it would appear that my Veilside skirts are starting to crack:( Which to me would hint that they are not of the highest quality (despite looking the nuts IMO) ... :D Does anyone know if there's anything that can be done to rescue these bits of kits, with slight cracking evident? Or is it the beginning of the end? CheerZ, JB.

  7. Vijay, also very interested! Series 1 j-spec tt, please!:D CheerZ, JB.
  8. LOL James .... Where would be without your pantheon of humorous pictures!!!:D :D
  9. It's not a condition to make light of, believe me .. can be debilitating at the best of time:D :D :red-face: - Take your point about the mental image though - too much information again!;)
  10. Don't go thinking you're the special one, Neet!:p Both of my UK spec cars had heated seats .. so I must be double special!:p :p :p Only now I have a J-spec with leather do I suffer the frozen arse in the depths of winter!;)
  11. I thought that's 'cos you'd ripped 'em out an replaced with 2xcanvas chairs, in an effort to reduce mass, Nelson ... It's a bugger getting that heating element in canvas!!:D :D Also, I reckon those tiny switches must weigh a good 20 grammes, not to mention the additional fuse required!;) Sorry mate .. couldn't resist it ...
  12. Just wait for the next "Welcome New Member" .... My money's on "CillaZX" ..... can't wait for the next installment!:D :D
  13. J-Spec TT 2+2 Manuelly .... But, Andy, where's the poll entry for the "batmobile" variant?:( hehehe:D
  14. Jeesh Mate ... no wonder you want to kill something ... What an apalling run of luck - and then this thing with the coppers to cap it all .. grrrrrrrrrrr! I'm afraid it's the same old story, we've heard before (and experienced) - for some reason, if you're the fecker on the wrong side of the law, you get off scot-free, whilst the rest of us law abiding types spend increasingly vast amounts on insurance .....
  15. No, No, No ... If Scooby_Babe's PM is not working, it'll all have to be done in public (teehee) ... Nothing to be ashamed of; we're all adults here! (ho-ho) ... Let the Friday Lurrrve Flow ... yeah baby!;) JB.
  16. Hehehe ... This has got to be the best thread I've read on here for ages!:D Nothing like a bit of love interest and mystery identities to get the view count up .... I'm certainly captivated ... how romantic! ;) Keep it up guys/gals ... I'm sure there could be a 300zx.co.uk soap in the offing ..... ;) (And it is Friday!)
  17. Black's the only way to go!!! (not that I'm biased at all) .... It's a bugger to keep clean, for sure, perhaps Mrs Roy would like to help out! ;)
  18. Well, that's just typical, isn't it! Fancy all the "usual suspects" squabbling over a little female attention!!;) ;) Stu, as if I'd stoop as low as to make cheap remarks about the colour of you car ... (although you've gotta admit, Pink is a bold choice, eh?) ;) Right, I'll get me coat and head for FC!!! JB.
  19. Cheers Paul, Eagle F1's looking attractive, I'd say:D I'll give you a call as soon as I can get down there - is this through your gaff? Thanks Mate, John.
  20. Thanks Chris, for that helpful advice, you *$&%^%*$!!!!!! BTW Chris, did I catch a glimpse of you out the corner of my eye, lurking by the M20 yesterday, waiting for Z road-kill?
  21. Thanks Andy/Darren, Seems like that's something to occupy my weekend, then ... :D Marvellous! (and it was all going *so* well) :) CheerZ, John.
  22. Chaps/Chapesses, As I rolled to a stop in traffic on the M20 this evening, I was rather disconcerted to find that the clutch would not disengage, causing embarassing stalling ... Upon restart, normal service was resumed and I managed to drive cautiously home. However, I thought I'd try holding the clutch in once home and all of a sudden, it's gone again! This time, it won't come back! A quick look under the hood reveals no clutch fluid in the resevoir, and a small puddle under the car ... so something am broke! Question is: From searching it would seem that the slave cylinder is a common point of failure; how do I diagnose ... I understand the slave cylinder is on the gearbox somewhere? Also, where do I find the master cylinder? Anything else I should check before falling on the mercy of Andy Z? Excuse my ignorance, any help gratefully received. CheerZ, John.:(
  23. Mike, you could make it even longer with the odd comma!!! LOL:D
  24. LOL ... I thought that was just you standard, everyday, Essex Z ... What's wrong with it?;) Leopard skin goes nicely with the seat colour, don't you think? :D
