Best place to buy new TPS????? Not Nissan!
What about Courtesy Nissan in USA......link is below. E-mail them for a quote, dont think the post will be that bad then u have import tax before its delivered by UPS but i'd guess still cheaper. http://www.courtesyparts.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=CP&Product_Code=22620-Z32TT94 Cheers John

Mesh For Viper Wings
Cheers for that, I agree with you that they dont look finished without the mesh. Mine have been fitted to a car that was broken for parts so hopefully they should fit without too much trouble. Yer Carbon Bonnet makes a difference as well.....where does zed ownership end....empty pockets me thinks buying all this stuff for the car.....better not let the mrs see this.. :hyper: Cheers John

Shoot Em Up (review)
I hope you enjoy it Jimmy Cheers John

Thanks Guys
Well I was wondering about that as there are quite a lot of electrics in behind the wings. I never thought of mesh right enough. Something i'll need to look into plus I need to get the bits cut out for the indicators as well. My car needs some time spent in at my work so I can get all the jobs done, 1) Manual Conversion, 2) Viper wings, 3)I have 2 pot either side lambo lights to fit, 4) need to get the rear spoiler merged/painted....ffs no time for fook all lol. 5) need to get the white car i'm breaking stripped as I am getting a bit of grief now at work. Anyways enough moaning lol Cheers John

Thanks Guys
Aye well they do look kinda rough but I have a vodka drinking painter in the paintshop at work who always has time up his sleeves who is gonna paint them so thats half the battle. Just a bit worried fitting them as my garage is narrow and its a tight squeeze along the front of the car but will wait and see. Cheers John

Thanks Guys
LOL......at the moment its not. Its too cold...haha. Nah am waiting until I get rid of the donor car then I can think about it. Am still stuck between sticking it in somewhere to get the bones of the job dont then I can mess about with the finer parts like rev lights etc but will wait and see. I am gonna take the Viper wings to work tomorrow and get them prep'd and sprayed so thats something thats on the go as well....not enough hours in the day with going back to work as well. Cheers John

Car Choices
Not to turn the coin but you can pay decent money for a car thats been looked after and has a service history etc loads spent on it but with the new owner its unreliable and costs him/her a fortune to fix. I'd say with most cars its luck, even with new ones you can buy a Friday or Monday car thats a pile of shite. Maybee something that should go in favour of buying a cheaper car like that is if the new owner is able to work on the car theirself and not rely on a garage then i'd say take a chance and buy one. If u are not handy with cars then i'd say avoid at all cost as they will burn a hole in your pocket if u need to take it to the garage to get this, that and the next thing repaired. My last point is that if you buy the car and it turns out to be that bad, break it and get yer money back, kinda sad to say but most of the cars on the list will prob be worth more in bits and with the power of ebay then you have a global market for parts. I have found that out breaking a 300 TT but then there is the place to store it and the parts etc, so lots of pro's and cons for and against buying one of the cars. Celica GT4 for me, had one that my father in law has now, thats 6 years in the family and he has spent next to fook all on it apart from general maintenance/belts etc, and is going to sell soon, well I might end up with it as it needs painted and he will get fook all trading it in. My 2p's worth. Cheers John

Thanks Guys
With regards working in the snow we have all been there and should be avoided at all costs i'd say. I have spent enough times up north in the snow at breakdowns on buses and trucks to know to avoid working in your own time, unless you want to of course, but then again when u have no choice when its work then different again. Hats off Alan that wouldnt have been me.....I like working in me garage....even if the car is sardine canned into it. Have u started stripping the engine yet steve? All the best guys. Cheers John

Thanks Guys
