Following my 40th last weekend, tonighit was the the final. suprise fancy dress party, lots of beer, vodka, and wine, organised by my girlkfriend,. i was dresssed as an inmate, my girlfriend as rambo, plus otherrs cat woman, 3 x batman, scooby doo, the krays, wonder womann,,, christ eveyone bought me a drink. will upload pics in the norning...........

whilst sitting in traffic today, spotted a very tidy black zed (same as mine) lwb (same as mine), lovely wheels and and original spolier on a k plate on a driveway. between east worthing and west worthing. (i know the address and plate, but wont post it up) when im passing in my zed, i will will knocking at the door. Lovely zed.......................

if you have no filter fitted, it will suck up all the crap around, make it run like a bag of poo. either get yourself a filter as an upgrade Apexi or blitz are good, or just get a standard one to get buy. I have a spare original filter in good condition, just bolt it on. You can have it for free, just cover postage, or if less than a fiver, just pop up a thanks thread. stu

My zed is called Pammy, as she is still hot and has lots of plastic. Other grey zed was called Greyzed. Did used to have an old seat Ibiza 1.5 on a D plate few years back, called Deathtrap, and it was a terrible thing.

agree far to good to break just due to a head gasket failure. fix em and keep zeds on the road. Having a passion to work on them is a must for any owner. Looks like a nice example...

Would say stay only with OEM product from Nissan, or get from Mr F or Zedworld in Traders section. Problem with buying unknown replacement belts, is they look the same, but may be one lees tooth. which will cause major probs. have a search on cambelts, Jeff at Zedworld did a write up.

have a look at this thread, ones i made, the grid plastic is differnet on the clear. differnet style of plastic. i would say fake ones, have done he same on mine. if you look closely the pattern on the inner plastic is different on the top to the bottom.

i think this is a good thread, with all of us having different views, it can be closed as per thread starters request, but i dont see why, it has been calm and nothing out of order. I dont know what mpg im putting out, as i never have enough cash to fill her up, but what ever i do put in, goes fairly quickly, trouble is not the car its the owner having a heavy right foot..............And my fuel light comes on alot. Just the zeds way of asking for more........
