Nice to see another 94 UK zed. and one lady owner from new.

If you could re see a concert that you have been too, what would it be? I love music and have seen lots of bands. Luckily for me, my best mates dad ran security at wembley, and also got tickets to other venues. But out of these gigs some stood out way ahead of the rest. and if i could go back in time i would do it all again. Guns and Roses - Milton Keynes bowl 1993. Amazing!! about 20 people from front Oasis - Knebworth 1996, in the middle of thousands of people. But great gig Queen Kind of magic tour Wembley 1986. The best concert i have ever been too, literally 5 from the front, going bonkers all day. Playing with huge inflatible's and women stripping off everywhere. :punk::punk::punk:

The ones Carmad does are superb, i havent got them, but i fiited the ones from dave on Atlasts zed. spot on bit of kit...

you can have twin pipes either side, large single pipes either side, or single large single exit. what spec do you have na or tt? Where in worthing are you?, nice to see another local zed. ive got full stainless japspeed with decat, to single both sides. sounds great..

Unfortunatley most leather came as black as standard, but over years each zeds interior will have faded, whether from sun light or just wear and tear. A few options to consider. Either get some new leather covers made up and do all the seats. pricey or get some leatherette covers made up, not leather buy cheaper. something i found out, reach under the front seats to where the runners are, and try and locate some of the excess original leather that would not have been trimmed when made, cut a small 1" section out of this, this will be in original untouched condition. take the sample to a upholsterers, if they are any good, a dye can be made up to exact match on a roll of new leather. or repair panels. for sections such as the bolster.

Slacken off the adjuster is the easy bit, also loosen securing bolts but dont remove. unfortunatley. Viscous fan has to be removed 4x 10mm nuts on the clutch assembly, then the power steering belt then the alternater, fitting is a reversal of removal. get belts on first then start tightening.

Well ive done all my pressie shopping for christmas, and decided to stock up the beer. First stop Morrisons... any 3 x cases for £18. so 30 cans of my favorite stuff and im pleased with the result. Whilst on route home, was low on ciggies, so into Sainsburys, but found an even better offer... 18 cans of Stella for £10. Not the small ones but 440ml!!!!! Now fully armed with 66 cans of Stella, not including the 12 bottles of wine, 2 bottles of port, 2 bottles of champers, and a load of spirits im well and truly ready. But for some reason i think there maybe trouble ahead. If Mr Stella and his cousin Mr Artois, want to play............... :duffer::duffer::duffer:

good on you baz, you probably wont see this as you go into hibernation as does your zed at this time of year. Happy birthday bud........

not a bad job, but fiddly, disconnect battery, remove power lead to rear of unit, has a round flat connector on held on with a 10 or 12 mm nut. on some starters there is a heat shield on the side,held on by 3 x 8mm nuts, if rusted they more than likely snap of. this will need to be reomved to get access to the two large nuts holing it on. When refitting, make sure that the motor is engaged correctly as it should sit face flush to the gearbox. Alternator, is an awkward one. remove under tray to bet better access, jack up the zed.undo the adjuster at the bottom and loosen off, unloosen the 2 x 14mm bolts holding to engine, now it gets hard. at the top of the alternator is a long 14mm bolt.that is secured by a nut at the back which is near impossible to access unless you have small hands that can bend in unknown directions. gettting it off is one thing, but putting back way worse. You will need to slacken of all aux belts to replace the fan belt. if its ok, i would leave. If you smoke gets lots of ciggies, and a good supply of tea or coffee. stu

black is best, but a git to keep clean, whites are nice, silver is easy to mantain. Greys look good. Regardless of what we think, all zeds look great no matter what colour. But white with black bonnet, roof and tailgate is a whole other ball game.

good news on the mot front mate, shame about the zed, nice tidy car, and owner is good to talk too. why not get a practical car for the grand kids and keep the zed for fun.
