  1. constructive criticism is fine, if it helps the club grow and develop to become better and more enjoyable, then no problems. But recently a few people have tried to change things to suit them or get their point across without listening to any good advice given. Rules are there to protect us all. To try and keep the place running smoothly is not the easiest job, trust me. But for a tiny few who want to cause trouble, purely by starting a thread just to wind others up, will not work. the end result is that member getting a holiday. I have been on here for a while as a member and as a mod, i get on with anyone who gets on with me. But if a couple of people want to ruin it for others they will be removed. This place is great for help and advice and the people. I have made a lot of friends on here, and gained loads of knowledge. Your points are fair and i will forward them on. stu
  2. Mine is always on. i fill it up with fuel after a decent drive it is always back on. Its works as it should, just the heavy footed driver it the problem.:wheelchair:
  3. Me and my girlfriend have just been chatting about this, its amazing the really small issues that go on in the world wind you up instantly. Im interested in knowing what makes your blood boil. Some of mine. 1. Seeing youngsters walking along the road with their jeans hanging off their arse, not on the waist, but near their ankles.. PULL EM UP!!! 2. OAPS after queuing in a shop at the till, why decide to count all your money to pay for your stuff, count it earlier or pay with a note. 3. People pushing into a bus queue, only to take ages to pay for your ride with small change. 4. If your in a supermarket, dont leave your trolley in the middle of an aisle, when you go and get something you have forgotten from another aisle. 5.Dog owners who dont pick up their dogs crap. 6. People driving way below the speed limit. ie doing 20 in a 30, or 40 in a 60. 7. Why stay in the fast lane, and drive at 50, when all other lanes are clear. Fook off back in the slow lane.................
  4. early 400 i would think at the wheels or very close. Have you lightend anything? ie, hicas, air con. Yep the injectors should make a few more horses. What is the boost your running. Sounds great even before a dyno.:punk:
  5. Gaz when do you open the new place, im down in bournemouth start of jan for a long weekend.
  6. Im 40. but when i was a teenager, we would go to the local park and drink ourselves stupid. Apart from the usual beer and cider, we used to drink Thunderbird. From what i can remember it was some kind of wine. blue label would make you do stupid stuff. Red label was stronger, this would makes mates jump of the slides and swings, and injure themselves. On the rare occasion you could get black label. This would make teenagers go bonkers, made me convinced that i had been talking to pixies, and been chased by dustbin bags. Anyone else remember this stuff, or any other drink you tried as a teenager. http://bumwine.com/tbird.html just found this, it will give you an idea

  12. Fuse is 20a, top row 5th across. just to help
  13. Hi mate, would have posted earlier, but just back from holiday. Nice tidy zed. Plus its the best colour.
  14. say your suffering from man flu, the rarest form kind, one minute your fine, then next you cant possibly lift a finger. walk out of work as folk say hope you get better soon, hobble to the car, drive off and then when out of sight, suddenly feel totally better. get home and get working on stuff that needs doing.
  15. I used Nobo grid tape on the inside of the lenses, have a look at the thread i did, been on there 2 years now, still like the day i did them. Plus the benefit of being on the inside, that when you wash the car over time they fall off. http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=128557&highlight=rear+lights
  16. Wow cool build paul. keep it coming mate.
  17. LOl been keeping an eye on what you are doing, and you have done it mate, nice looking zed, but fook me that is low, tidy but very low.......
  18. yup go for it, do a search on uploading pics or using photobucket. Rob, i will clean this post up mate.
  19. Good news dan, another one on the road.
  20. No reason why you cant start new threads mate, or add to existing?? just cant access the subbed members forum. Post up a thread in the newbies section and i will monitor. stu
  21. Yep you joined 13th August 2010. Have you recently re subbed. I can always change you if you want.................
  22. Welcome mate and enjoy. If i can give you some honest advice, going from a calibra to a zed is quite a difference. Get used to driving the car in all types of weather, in the dry they are fantastic, but a little bit of damp, and they will bite you in the backside. Far too many new owners just go for it, and loose the back end, and write of another zed. But once you get an idea of how they handle, the smile factor increases, plus its great when driving along, as you know folks are looking at you. If you have any problems, we are here to help, just post up any concerns you have. stu
  23. lol even though you havent got the item, i would go to town on him, put silly bids on any other items he has, and ask stupid questions on every one of his items. if he dosent answer post up even more, just bombarded him. worth £20 every day. Ebay cant do anything unless your abusive. Pester the hell out of him
  24. Prop centre bearing shot mate. Usually happens at over 30 mph, but goes away at pushing 50.
  25. Each day i get home i have at least 3 or 4 answer phone messages, sometimes even 5, from different company's, stating "we are glad to let you be aware that you are entitled to compensation following your recent accident" or "regarding your payment protection insurance bo**cks", press 5 to be conected to an advisor or press 9 to opt out. I press 9, then it gives the disconnected sound, so i would think ive been removed!!! Happy ...........NOT!!!!!!! Next day same sh**, different company's, But tonight i lost it. Phone rang, and after listening to the drivvle on the recorded message, i press 5 "to be connected to an advisor" Poor jenny answered, and after a torrent of abuse about that i havent had a poxy accident, she stated i was definitely removed from the call back list. So go to the fridge to get a calming can of stella, of the phone goes. This time its a guy called depak!! About my payment protection on a credit card. FFS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More abuse and words that cannot be repeated on here, again, now of the list I ring sky to say i signed up and wanted ex directory. Yep i am, ex directory, but let me put you through to someone who can deal with your problem. Get connected to some girl called sally, "hello i understand your having a few problems"............. then the call gets disconnected............. One more and thats it..........................:tank::tank:
