  1. Think i've found the problem. I need a Compressor Outlet Adapter Flange which then should adjust the outlet to the right angle.
  2. Ok thats what i was thinking. I have GT28r tubs, is there a slightly different orientation on the air inlet on the turbos to the OEM ones? As pipe A seems at the wrong angle to be able to connect to C. They dont seem to line up. It seems that the air inlet needs to be pointing in the the upright position for it to be able to line it all up. Where am i going wrong? Any ideas? Ant
  3. So just to confirm that A in the pic doesn't connect to B or C? Think I'm getting confused lol. Cheers, Ant
  4. Just trying to work out how to get them to line up with the new turbos on. Is the air inlet on the turbo at the wrong angle?
  5. Can anyone tell me that the two pipes I have arrows going to are meant to be connected please? Cheers, Ant
  6. Thanks for the nice comment. This is the one i have and where i got it form. http://www.zcentre.co.uk/shop/product_info.php?cPath=21_22_72&products_id=105 Ant
  7. Had my wide arch kit fitted at custom exotics with a few modifications, ie they got rid of fog lights in front bumper and made both vents on the sides from a double vent to a single vent. Check my rides for more pictures and i have a few of the progress of them fitting and prep work etc on the computer somewhere. A couple of people from this forum have had full respray done with them and another one had a bodykit fitted as well. There work is second to known and i highly recommend them. Ant
  8. That one reminded me of another lucky person not so long ago. http://video.aol.co.uk/video-detail/is-this-the-most-amazing-lucky-escape-ever/3711645885
  9. To be honest mate I wouldn't recommened this place to you. They said it would take 4 weeks and I could tell when i picked them up they were stil taking my bits out of the tank and had rushed the job through in the last few days. I paid just over £400 for the lot, but the cost will be in the polishing work before hand to make them ready to be plated. If you want to know the name of the place then PM me mate and i'll let you know who they are. HTH.
  10. Your a star. I will be ordering them very soon.
  11. Im even more willing
  12. The guys at custom exotics measured it and its M7 x 1. I wanted to get allen key head ones and with the size i need i think i'm going to have to go to a specialist to find this odd size.
  13. Thanks for the comments, just can't wait to get it finished now, didn't think it would take this long. I'm still enjoying doing the rebuild tho. And a very understanding girlfriend :D
  14. It has been a long time since i put some pictures up. The engine has come along a bit further since the last pictures. I've got both the heads on had a few bits sent away to be polished and chromed and have since received them back. Custom exotics and myself decided on a second colour to go on the engine ( you will see in the pics below what colour we went with ) The stronger timing belt i went with only seemed to be in blue, but the top of it will be covered so you wont see too much of it. Turbos are on didn't realise how much bigger they are than the OEM ones. Hope you enjoy the pictures :D Wanting to replace the bolts on the exhaust cam gears with new ones but I cant find anyone that does the size bolt i need. I nearly forgot about the engine bay pictures.
  15. Absolutely stunning. I hope mine looks somewhere near as good as yours when its done.
  16. Silverbullet where did you get yours from please? Cheers, Ant
  17. Looks as though i'll go for the NGK 8's then. Thanks for your help. Ant
  18. Just seen this on the Z1 site. http://www.z1motorsports.com/product_info.php?products_id=3945 I had a clutch that had the hissing noise etc. So i removed a pipe and now have the stiff pedel with no noise. Would fitting this get rid of the stiff pedal or hissing sound that you get that is common with a clutch booster fault? Cheers, Ant
  19. Was thinking these should be good enough with a heat range 8? or should i go with 7's? http://www.importpartspro.com/ngkirsppl.html Cheers, Ant
  20. Cheers mate, Still in the process of putting it back together, so fingers crossed it should be fairly quick :D I was told i should safely be able run up to 24psi with the supporting mods i have. What would you recommend i should go with? Cheers, Ant
  21. I have been searching the forum trying to work out what spark plugs i will need to buy. Been a little confused weather i need PFR6B-11B or different ones? My car will has uprated internals ie eagle rods and wiseco pistons 740cc injectors, t28r tubs and MS manifolds. Would the PFR6B-11B be ok or will i require different plugs? Cheers, Ant
  22. Just been dummy fitting the turbos to the engine and noticed that there is a adapter block on the engine which the oem oil feed line went too from the turbo. With the new oil feed line on the t28r's i've noticed that i need a new adapter fitting to replace the adapter block to accept the oil line off the new turbos to connect to the engine. Does anyone know where i could get these little adapters from or what thread sizes i would be looking at? I'm guessing they would all be the same size for uprated turbos and the oil feed lines? Thanks, Ant
