Hi Mate,had the same probs myself .I found a Britax seat that fitted well in my zed.You will find though when the child gets around 18-24 months you wont be able to put the seat in front of them back very far as the childs legs dangle over the edge of the seat.Take the zed with you and try out a couple.Any good shop will be willing to let you do this.

The tubs are gt25r,s and are exactly the same as jwt 530,s without the adaptor flanges.Bit of fabrication and setting up to do on the actuators and youve saved a lot of wonga.

This mod would be great if it was called for.The knock sensor or loom is hardly a consumable item and if youve removed the lower inlet,cut the egr bracket off then replaced the sensor and wiring whats the chances of it needing doing again unless you didnt do it right in the first place?

The cat sensors register un burnt fuel in the exhaust and bring on the warning light before the cats are goosed.

Never removed the air box? Just free the a/c pipes so the box can be pulled away from the bulkhead.Once this is done its possible to get your hand behind and release the plate.

Youll have to undo the bracket that seals the a/c pipes against the bulkhead in the engine bay.Once this is done the heater box will move slightly so you can get behind it.Where it passes into the car inside is a guide bracket held by two 10mm headed nuts.this has to be removed for the plug to pass.Its still a pita to do but worth it after.

I reckon what they meant was they couldnt do it.From what i can gather its a good system and can cope with serious set ups such as yours.How is your mate coping with it?

They could be living in the car.My old service manager had a ka with mice living in it.He even tried running it with a pipe from the exhaust into the car to kill em with no avail.Tough little buggers mice.That car could be a real headache for someone.

The water pipes look good but that oil line doesnt.Way to close to the downpipe.Will it not reach if you route it underneath? Standard bolts are fine on the downpipe.

Hi Bud,i was in a blue 03 renault laguna heading down wolvershill Rd toward Banwell.I was on my way to Thatchers Cider to top my supplies :).Nice looking Zed and a great colour.

You may only have to remove the cam belt covers to locate the fault.Easily done at home with a few basic tools.

On the back of each lamp adjacent the slam panel will be a thin stalk with an 8mm nut head on the end.

Did you sort that engine noise out or get to the bottom of it?
