  5. knock sensor! new oil feeds and all water pipes. egr removal. timing belt change, 555 injectors, paint your rocker covers, reomve hicas solenoid and piping, new EFI wring loom!
  6. you need shorter belts. benefits are much the same as a lightened flywheel, quicker revving. I'm installing a complete lightened pulley set soon if you want to come round and take a gander?
  7. it wont, as I said before they have mucked something up when the fitted the headers. snapped a bolt or missed a vac pipe.
  8. I removed mine today, so we shall see!
  9. I'll meet you at Aust, what time will you be there? The rest of the SW are coming up the M5, but i'm coming down it.
  10. Yeah but the sensors are braided cables hanging down from the floorpan. The AIV inputs are pipes which come from the wing, near the engine. I thought the AIV matched his description better. But yes, if he has decats, both of these will have been cut, so have a look for both! ;)
  11. You cant go wrong with Millers. Phone Mike at MJP for a good price.
  12. No, those are the AIV inputs. You need to go into the wings and remove the AIV boxes and the solenoid in the engine bay for it to be a tidy job. It shouldnt make any difference to how the engine runs, unless they removed the solenoid and didnt blank off the vac pipe. My suggestion is they sheared a bolt attaching your manifolds and they are leaking, take it back to them asap. Just a thought, but how much penetrating lubricant did you use to remove the old exhaust bolts? It's just when I was trying to get a siezed o2 sensor out I used loads, and it smoked for a couple of days.
