You can do it all through the nose-panel. Just remove your airbox/induction kit As for those other 2 bungs, I know what you mean as they are a short plastic tube. Your two options: 1) Buy a short piece of hose and bung it with a copper stop-end like before. (Preferred) 2) Buy a broom handle end or chair leg end of the right diameter.

The ones in the downpipes are heated o2 sensors yes. The whole reason for me fitting the 2fast2cool decats was that my old o2 sensors were seized to my old downpipes. The ones in the cats are Cat Overheat Sensors, so you can tie them out the way when you remove the cats.

With a shorty you have to gently work a corner of the floorpan as it touches the decats. Only slightly though. :)

I have a slow oil leak. Having taken the downpipes off today I had a good view of the back of the engine and noticed it seems to be originating from my NS vvt solenoid. I had previosly thought it was my RC gaskets. Now I'm done for the day now, but I was wondering if anyone has experienced this and how hard this is to rectify? Thanks.
