Alright guys and gals. Finally got a z32. 1991. Twin turbo manual. Very happy. It does however look a bit tired on the paint but nothing I can't sort there. Done 90000. Mechanically it's great. No smoke. Boost needle where it should be. Sounds great. New timing belt. Very happy. However. What are the tell tail signs the clutch is going?

Pictures later date as I don't know how to put them on as I am on my phone aha

Been very busy today. Received my new wings.

I sanded them, prepped them, painted them, lacquered them and now need to polish them :)

Well 5 hours later the wings are now on. I hate doing the wings I really do. It's an awful job.

I'm happy with them however you can now really see where the car has faded. Got a quote from someone who I have used before, for all the car painted, approx 2500 quid and I would loose the car for a couple of week... that sound right???

I would be willing to put money on the fact that spacing the aft edge of the bonnet up like that will increase the temperatures under there. I assume you have done it in an attempt to keep things cooler?

Well to be honest there is that but I also saw it on a zed once and kinda liked it... acquired taste really

Looking good Joel but you forgot to transfer that other bit of trim from your old boot lid. The bit that sits on the lower lip of the boot lid between it and the top of the N'S light cluster.

Have to say I'm still chukling from when you and your dad set off with it strapped to the top of the warrior roof rails. Looked like some Mad Max creation.

Haha yeah and nah the trim is on... I forgot to take them off when I painted them so one is red and one is black aha. My bad. Well happy with it though mate. Thankyou so much

Looks good mate. And yes Ian I've had a couple of people pick up bootlids on a roof rack before, does look comical!
