I have a single exit atm with a rotted box...the 3" pipe up to the 2 bolt flange behind the tank on the drivers side is perfect.I was toying with the idea of a side exit via a 4" hole through the rear lower quarter and bumper about here with a slash cut tip poking through about 1". whats your thoughts

Be good to see it done Bri. You'd probably have to do something with the bottom of the rear bumper aswel as it might look a bit bare without the tailpipes sticking out.

 

....But if you do go ahead, then I'm with Tom..... You definitely have to do something about the gaps in the rear bumper left by removing the exhaust!! IMO it looks bad enough when folks fit a single exit jobbie at the back and the other side is left looking like something it "missing"....:wink:

3" all the way from the downpipes to the Stainless tip. 6 into 2 into 1 sounds like ive never heard a zed sound with this setup...much better than the vid clip is showing next to the car and with 2 resonators in the pipe its not too loud either:thumbup1:. Oh to all the doom doctors the "smoke" is condesation as its a fresh start up:laugh:.I love it.

Looks and sounds great Bri....:thumbup1:.....Still not my cup of tea, but well done mate, if you like it that's what it's all about.

all done right too..the hole through the bumper and body is filled with a 5" steel pipe thats welded on the inner side and all undersealed and comes through to just touch the bumper which is bonded. I just need to bond the bezel ring now and seat it right to the bumper and thats it...
