Going to start this thread for members to post up what they did each day to there zed. I will start with getting my MOT this morning. So what did you do today on your 300?:cool3:

MoT Pass, just need to replace windscreen

only 7 more to go ? (MoT's not windscreens!)

Nothing today - the weather is rubbish - but yesterday I pulled my Zed out of the garage for the Sainsbury's run.....

.....It looked so good under the car-park lights, that I had to take a picture - after standing admiring it for a couple of minutes?

Looking great and nice parking. We should do a thread on car parking under lights.

.....And today, I took my Zed to the local garage for an MOT and oil change. A little overdue, as I should have done it before Christmas LOL

Happy to report a clean pass, with no advisories ?

I also have a sump full of clean Magnatec and a nice new Nissan oil filter, all ready for spring!!

Removed the rear wing. Think I prefer it without it.

Yesterday I took my Z to Thorrock & stayed the night at the Premier Inn.

Two things happened!

On the M2 a chap on a motorcycle pulled up on side & gave me the thumbs up, then pulled away doing a wheelie!

Later when parked at the hotel a chap was taking photos of the Z & offered to buy it!!

Driving home today I wonder what awaits ?

Got gritted twice ?

Had to drive the zed this evening, got sprayed with grit twice, once on M25 and once on m23

I haven't done anything to my Z31 for about a year. I have owned this waxoyled and undersealed car for 14 years. It has 59000 miles on the clock and will be on sale this year, once i have sorted the paintwork out. Watch this space.

Yesterday I took my Z for an MOT.

Passed ?

Today not so good however as I think I may have a vacuum leak somewhere ?

engine oil, filter, gearbox and diff pending.....

Took my Zed on a weekend break to Bath...... Julia did come along too, though.... LOL 😉

 

As per my new thread - I washed and waxed my Zed, gave the interior a clean and popped it back in the garage once more 😉 

 

I bought the wife a treadmill today and slung it in the garage until it’s permanent home is ready. It soon became apparent when comparing her running to the Z mileage that since 2019, the Z has covered a mere 386 miles, whereas she has ran just short of 4000 miles!

Today was MOT time she passed with flying colours (black) 

Gaz had a couple of Zeds there the original short-wheelbase I sold him years ago and a lwb with a blown turbo and miss fire he was sorting, I’ve never seen this Zed before

The short wheel base for those who remember him was originally Andy isherwood‘s 

This was Andy's old Zed 

I actually have the front bumper and stillen lip on my black Zed 

I did hear recently that Andy was looking to get back into a Z so we may see him on the forums once again one day!

I find it interesting the people who once owned a Z & sold only to find years later they want another!

I am guilty of the same😀

Year 26 of Zed ownership, never sold one

My first zed was a Silver 91 NA, sold it to my best man who was a member on here but always wanted it back.

I sold mine in 2006, regretted it straight away, saw it on auto trader 7 years later and bought it back. I was so happy.
