I just got mine now, ordered the one without the brake light, but this one has the bulb holders, and the connector (tho no connections) and the red diffuser, and the shape/outline of the brake light on the facia, is this normal? i thought they were flush and smooth without the brake light? or have they messed up and given me the more exspensive one? :) i can't see any light through the brake light section tho....

Looks like i'm going to have to replace the Hicas arms or linkages on my car. I'd convinced myself that the best course of action would be to fit a lock out kit (as supplied by Driftworks) and do away with the Hicas system altogether. Just wanted to gauge opinion really.. Those in favour say aye, those not in favour say naye... and why. Cheers

Now compare that to mine and we have a long massive fuel tank held on by straps. Where's his fuel tank? Are the na's diff? I was hoping to fit a single exit in roughly the same position as one of those hks hiper mufflers but I can't see how it would work as my fuel tank gets in the way  Surely not everybody with an hks hiper system has to relocate their tank

Hey guys, Now that i've gotten my stereo sorted out, just wondering what you guys think is the best audio solution? I know that it's 6.5" speakers that can go into the front (do they go in without modifying the door?) but i'm not sure if it's 16cm or 17cm. Also, I know that 4" x 6" speakers go in the back, but i'm not sure if that's the best that will go in. For this month i'm replacing the rear speakers, so advice on them would be great. I'm limited to about £60 per speaker at the moment but any advice would be appreciated! Thanks

Hi chaps, would appreciate any help on this. Was gutted the other day when I found out my TT manual has turbos exh housings from an auto (.54). Seems most used import motors here in South Africa are autos these days, so anyway I pulled out all my 200sx turbo spares on the bench and did some head scratching. I know the 300 manual turbos are AR .62 4 bolt pattern and the 200 sx s13 T25 are AR .64 5 bolt pattern. Both the 300 and 200 have .48 compressor sides. If I mated the .64 from the 200 sx to the 300 .48 comp from the 300 would there be a shit load of lag or would the slight difference between the .62 and .64 exh housings be minimal? TIA

went to visit artztogo today to sort out a iffy HID light on his Zed, his passenger side HID basically works sometimes and sometimes it doesnt, now to rule out a ballast problem, i swapped the one with the intermittent problem yet met with the same results, on the same side as the intermittent problem . basically his HIDs are fine. would it be a faulty relay or wiring loom issue? as his passenger side headlamp is dead including high beam when the problem occurs Bulbs are fine, as tested them also.

Hi, finally just got my zed back on the road after 6months, flew through MOT yesterday and i took it for a drive last night and all was well. been out in it tonight and theres a strange noise coming from the near side wheel. the best way i can describe it is that its like a scrape followed by a knock that gets faster as the car speeds up and slows until the car stops. Ive checked around the wheel for any rubbing and cant see anything a miss. Ive jacked the car up and spun the wheel and the sound isnt there. Im completly stuck as to what it could be any help greatly apreciated cheers si

After thirteen hours to change the sump on my own, I could have set fire to the bloody thing :crying:. Thanks to Jimmer for the sump.. what a star!. What a biatch of a job to do with the car in on axel stands. Oil dripping on your face, no room to move, and bolts that broke on the suspension taking them off. To get the sump off I had to drop and remove all the suspension and cross member, support the engine, and getting the bracket on and off that goes under the oil filter tree was a right pain in the backside. Anyhows all done now, no damage to the internals but the sump was clearly being hit by the crank when I turned it a few times. Well I can put my mind at…

Ok earlier on I installed a new head unit which was working fine until I put all the dash back together only to find it wouldnt power on. Also my pillar pods were not lighting up anymore either. So I checked the fuses and the top right (which I believe is audio) had blown. I replaced it and now the gauges in the pillar now light up again but my stereo doesnt work. I've had a look at the ISO and it looks ok, and I have also checked the fuse on the back of the headunit. The strange thing is the electric aerial activates when i plug in the ISO and goes back down when I unplug it from the headunit. But no power to the headunit. I've also tried three separate head u…

think i have a mechanical issue under the car but havent had a chance to have a look under it yet, driving along there is a fairly loud clicking noise coming from under the car and it increases in speed with more revs and stops when the accelerator is lifted. the car is also vibrating/juddering quite a bit and its mainly an issue at slower speeds, also not boosting as effectively as before, thinking this is all related to something mechanical under there around the gearbox or the drive??
