I've booked the Zed in for a Rolling Road session wednesday morning. Not a tune, just a power run as the Zed's running spot on at the min. Just looking for some tips and advice, anything i should/shouldnt do before i get there? I've just had the oil changed, so no worries there and i know i should run it on the fuel i usually use to give a true reading, so a full tank of the Momentum. Anything else? Also, what sort of power should i be looking for with the following specs:- 3" straight thru exhaust with decat Greddy twin mushroom induction chipped ecu 0.9bar (14psi ??) boost HKS Super SQV II BOV's I'll be happy with anything over 300 bhp a…

something ive been thinking about doing for a long time . this is the first working model . still quite a bit of fettling to get it 100% .

where do you ge them from? i need an awesome oil cooler and sandwich plate to fit it, any ideas as to where to get them from?

Well, that time of the year seems to be hear again and I have got my tinkering mojo back so I thought i'd put up some updates on a few new projects. the first one is to replace the rubbish temp gauge without having lots of extra pod stuck all over the place. So - rip the old one out!!! This very easy and there are only a few screws holding it it. Most aftermarket 60mm gauges will fit in the hole quite neatly. I have managed to source a gauge that gives me water temp, exhaust temp and boost all in one. Not cheap at £180 but it is 3 gauges in one. Hi went to santa pod today my car managed 13.57 it only had 2 runs as i was paranoid about it blowing up or clutch slipping or something, i dont think its that modded exaust, filter,stage 1 turbos and JWT ecu im sure that time could be improved upon but not willing to risk it.

Hi. A welder has just out in my rear screen. I now need to sort a replacement. (just for fun-Autoglass = £2100 for bronze or £1200 for blue) Does anyone have any perpex options? (I would prefer this) or by luck is there someone with a spare rear screen (or hatch I suppose) going? fingers crossed.

Time for a facelift! Rather than ring round the dealers and coppin' attitude, it made sense to ask my fellow members. Are there aftermarket seats that'll bolt right in keeping the, (electrical), adjustments for the driver?

i have the zedworld ecu chip, but need to fit in into my new ecu, i know where it goes etc. but are there any precautions i need to take as to not blow the ecu or short anything??

Hello, starting to find a few little problems now, which I new I would, when I start the car you get that noise, as if you were trying to start the car when the engine is one if you know what I mean, doesnt happen all the time, Iknw the guy I bought it off changed the starter as the old one was lazy, any ideas? Hi guys, I am getting a sign up in the dash saying diff oil. What's the reason for this?

I need help with my stereo. Whenever i turn it on and off i get a loud bang/pop through the speakers, no other noises just when turning it on and off. I want to put my amp and subs back in but its even louder through the amp/subs! i know it isnt the car because it did it in my saxo and my last Zed, so it must be the stereo. I hope its something i can solve, its a nice 7" flip out dvd touch screen magic box of tricks, granted its in a 22 year old escort, but its still nice :p Any idea's?
