Is there a decision on 1st of April yet? Is the RWYB on at the Pod or not.If theres a few of us heading south for it we could arrange to meet up at certain motorway service stations on the way (preferably ones which have a McDonalds or KFC.) Also are we doing a group thing for Trax 2001 this year Paul

Guys, Was reading the past posts and read about the pager alarm Bob was supplying some time back. Was wondering how it all went with those of you who purchased it. Seems really cheap 35pds or something wasnt it?? Will Bob be at the meeting on the 1st April I wouldnt mind getting one. If everyone seemed happy with theirs I may give it a go. I've got a Toad alarm, was it easy to fit on yours or did Bob have to do it? I take it everything is still on for the 1st April. Thanks.

Has any one used this as it is supposed to make the water more efficient at collecting heat and as such reduces the radiator temp.

My washer pump has given out for the windscreen washers. Should i buy from nissan or are the any other options from other motot factors i should consider. Can i do this myself (non experienced with car mechanics). Part no. and cost. Also what oil should i have i'm having my 300 serviced for the first time since i bought it, any thing else i need to ask the garage to look out for (they've never done a 300 but have plenty of experience with Evo's) Sorry for the boring stuff JW

my 300ZX is the 3rd car ive had which is a turbo. on all the others there has been a noticable shove as the turbo's come in. even though my Z is a lot faster than anything else ive had i do feel that there should be a bit more oomph at say 3500rpm. my Z is a stock import. is this normal.

Are there any 300zxtt owners in the Kent area with good condition standard back boxes left over from an exhaust upgrade. If so, i am looking for some.

If I find a decent 300Z I would need someone who knows what there looking for (and looking at) to come with me to view the 300Z so I don't make a mistake! (see bad experiences forum) If possible and doesn't put anyone to much trouble and they live in the Birmingham area, let me know if you could help. Many Thanks, Matty.

I thinking of putting in an aftermarket boost gauge. Any recommendations? They look fairly easy to install by splicing into the feed to the stock sensor under the hood. Is this the best method? Comments appreciated. Glenn

As an opportunity to recieve "feedback" and "stay in touch" with my customers, posting this question is a positive move. Those customers who know me well will understand my honest desire to provide an unrivalled level of service, and you may still have observations about SE that can allow us to improve. Those people who have no "first-hand" experience of SE may have general observations about the trade, and could contribute points tht we could incorporate in our service. Those (hoefully few) people who have genuine problems with the service/advice/products that they have received, are now invited to air their grievances, which I will do my best to answer or illuminat…

I've read that the electronic pressure sensor is pretty unreliable. According to my sevice records mine is about 20k old. How long do they last before they get unreliable? Cold it goes to 90+ but hot idling it can be only approx half way to first mark therefore 15psi. I get nervous when it looks low. Now using full synthetic. Any others with similar exp?

Bit of a boring topic I know, but anyways .. My headlamp washers havnt worksed since Ive had the car. Looking in the workshop manual it talks about a 'fuseable link' (how is this different to a normal fuse?) on the left hand side of the bonnet area near the windscreen. Having checked here I cant see one labelled accordingly. I thought the fuse is the obvious thing to check first. The relay seems to click in and out ok. Any ideas guys? Also, where the hell is the motor that drives the washers, and more importantly how do you get to it. Glenn.
