Doesn't state what size, suppose you need to guess from the description ... Two standard alloy wheels for a Nissan 300ZX Twin Turbo (1990-1996) being sold as a matching pair only. Wheels are handed so there is one Left and one Right wheel. The 300ZX Twin Turbo was available in several different guises depending on country. Check list below to see if your model is suitable: UK/Australia (1990-1996): Front only United States (1990-1992): Front or Rear United States (1992-1996): Front only Japanese (1990-1999): Front or Rear These wheels are in need of refurbishment (between £50-£100 for the pair) but apart from that they are in excellent condition with no curb …

This forum regularly encouters queries regarding what oil to use. Personally I think people are sometimes misguided. I have never heard about an engine falure on a Z that that was due to "poor" or incorrect oil. Personally I reckon all branded oils are quality oils and are up to the job - i'm not talking about halfords multigrade. The difference in wear rate and protection between quality oils is so minimal that if you were to split the engine it would be very difficult to notice the difference and is not appropriate to an average life span of a car. It would probably takes 100,000's of miles before it became important. As for viscosity, After speakin…

    1. Where is the best place to drill a hole in the air valve (in wheel arch), at the obvious point - lowest corner! or are there gubbins inside not to damage? Or is it best to remove the whole system, as im fed up of keep taking the pipes off to stop the honk. 2. I have a second ctr dash & am installing toys, i want to rewire the electronic damper switch from h/brake to a switch next to clock, anyone done it & any cautions to look out for, before i blow a handfull of fuses? 3. Wheres the best place to fix a oil temp sensor, sump or feed pipe? 4. Since doing the intake & exhaust cans i now have the dumpvalve ttssshhhh on gear change! is this ok? as i don…

Bit of a hard one this to explain but when I'm changing gear mainly on the downshift and also coming of the accelerator pedal as if to brake, the car jerks a bit as though the gearbox is loosely connected to the engine. I once had this on a mini and it was knacked engine tie bar bushes. Anyway just wondering if it's the engine mountings cos it's done 170K, I've changed centre bearing and rear gearbox mount but it's still there. Are there any other gearbox mounts?? How hard is it to change the engine mountings and are they an arm and a leg????? thanx in advance anyone!!!!!!!

Well i got in my 'Z' last night, started ok, but then noticed that the Parking Break light was on when I backed it off the drive. Then I noticed that the breaks were 'piss poor' not completely without pressue but still not good. Checked the fluid this morning, and it is below the Min but not empty. There is no sign of any fluid on the drive so I don't think it has leaked but the breaks have never been 'good'. I was wondering if this pointed to a slow leak in the system or some other problem, I'm gonna fill it up and see if it stays. Is it usual to loose fluid over time ? Herman

Cheers for all the fun and games, getting quite predictable now to be honest! So to sum up, 15 year old telling me how to drive, my Mrs. gets called a "Bint" and the two people on this forum who constantly campaign for piece and unity are, as usual, responsible for winding up!!! Good effort!!! Can't wait for next weekend to be honest! Not laughed so much in ages! ROFLMFAO

I will be replacing my shocks with Koni adjustables and completely blind as I don't have a manual. I've done this on various cars and bikes in the past so I'm confident I can do this easily enough. What I'm asking for are any pointers to help me to avoid mistakes. i.e. taking trim off in the right order etc and what to grease up after or prior to assembly. As always, much appreciated. Simon P.
