Guys as you know I have been around zeds for some years now, and more so of recent months having started Zed world etc. Point is I have got close up (steady!) with the underside of a fair few cars now and the rust levels are becoming a concern of mine and for the UK spec owner cars especially. Some years ago when grey import bullshit was prevalent and the motor industry were condeming imports for their poor spec comparison and poor parts availablity and indeed that imports where not undersealed so not suitable for this country unless done. Now this is by no way a put down just an observation but out of say every 10 cars I become involved with 6 will have a r…

Hi guys, I wasn't careful enough yesterday (or I was too fast) and I ended up with a scratched drivers side door and no drivers side mirror (it's in like a million pieces right now). I can drive with the door dented but I badly need the mirror. I live in Poland and I'm DESPERATE do get one. Does anyone have a spare for sale? If it was from a Pearl White car I'd be jumping up and down with joy. Also, I have a question. I haven't taken a good look at it yet, but I assume the whole mirror assembly is held to the door with two big Philips screws and it consists of the mirror and the whole outside triangular metal piece the mirror is attached to. …

Hello all. I normally frequent tt.net but no one has a picture that would be really helpful. Regarding the Veilside C2 body kit. I have seen a total of 2 cars with this kit and both were 2+2's. I realize you guys dont have many 2 seaters there but if anyone has a pic of this C2 kit on a 2 seater would be fantastic! (especially the back end) thanks!! Peter

Stainless Steel Ashtray Inserts Once upon a time.... I had electronic "guizmos" that I wanted to install in my Z, but I had already be drilling two holes by the clock, and I wanted either something looking factory, or hidden, but with a professional quality. Looking around in the cabin, the only "naturally hidden" place would be to use the useless (for me) space located, into the ashtray. So, I decided to start the "ashtray insert" project. I thought is was a couple hours project....it turned out to be a "little bit" harder than that. First, I melted some plastic, to be able to have the internal dimensions of the ashtray (down to 1/2 mil…
